Poor quality of food. Rude behaviour of Salesman. Ordered Signature Chocolate Fantasy which was tangy in taste. We asked for exchange but his way of talking was too rude and didn't refunded nor exchanged saying this is CCD policy. We wanted to order more, but he told us to pay for it separately with tax everytime we order/add any item, not wanting to wait for total amount to be paid at last. Why so much hassle to add any food item? This was really an unexpected way of dealing with customer. Will never visit CCD again due to his behaviour at their outlet in Ropar Haveli. -- X X X -- NOT 🚫 RECOMMENDED -- XXX --
