We malayalees must understand that every human being is carrying billions of bacteria's. When we enter a critical care patients area our beloved patients & other patients life is in threat. So we must co-operate with staffs & must consider other patients also.

More than two decade's I am a patient of St. Mary's Hospital Gatro department, I found that department functioning exemplarily. Yes, of course there may ppl having different attitudes and expectations. Me & my family are really obliged to our hospital. All the best.

Very nice hospital in thodupuza, visiting here will require an prior appointment and also one person is allowed with patient. Multiple section with very nice cleaning. Do take care of your self while reaching here, like carry your sanetizer. If you are waiting out side and you have 1 or more hour of waiting then visit near by places. Water fall and a uravapara view point.

Miss Ansiya you go to any standard hospital in the world, there are entry restrictions purely for the benefit of the patients, who are in critical care . So let us co operate ..... Let us understand....

We came to st Mary's hospital Thodupuzha for a surgery on 10/4/23.. our hearts are filled with gratitude to this angels who really looked after us. Also Dr Rogers P Augustine ( Consultant Surgeon) and OT team for the high end professional approach throughout our stay in this hospital for four days 10/4/23 to 14/4/23 . We are extremely grateful to the management, for keeping the hospital very neat,tidy and beautiful.We found very approachable and helping staff here in St Mary's hospital Thodupuzha. We wish all the best to this fantastic institution.

One of the best hospital in Thodupuzha. I visited this hospital because of Dr Sreejith ,working here. The staff of the pulmonary department deal the patients with a care.

My father admitted in ST.Mary's hospital with history of headache and weakness of upper limb, After proceeding their diagnosis part Dr.Anoop varma suggested for surgery. We postponed the surgery for prior approval of cashless insurance policy para mount. We paid advance amount of Rs-12000/- before getting discharge as per the request of insurance department. They also bring into notice that, it's refundable but we don't.
So I complaint to Dr. Thomas, Immediately I got call from Ms. Shobha Moorthy , from insurance department . She fulfilled all the procedure of policy as I need. I got prior approval of Rs-100000/- ,but when the surgery procedure gets completed ,full amount of 185000/- is settled with cashless insurance.
I am thankful to all the team members of St. Mary's hospital especially DR. Anoop , Ms. Shobha Moorthy ,Dr. Thomas & Teny for your valuable support , awesome care and consideration.

My father(M K Kurian) was admitted in the St. Mary's hospital for a week in last year December.
I had a great experience with the St Mary's hospital. Staffs are very much service minded.

The hospital staff managed my father with great patience and dedication, though he was not cooperating with the treatments because of the weakness.

I would like to thank the insurance department(Teny was the point of contact. I was bit lazy about the processes but the insurance team followed up everything and helped me a lot for getting insurance amount.

Dr. Joshi was very sympathetically dealing with us during our stay in St Mary's Hospital.Nursing staff also were very compassionate and helpful!

Dr Mathew Abraham Cardiologist looked after us very carefully. He has been kind enough to explain every aspect patiently to us

I dont know about the entire staff and hospital facilities. But iam glad to say that. General Surgeon Dr. Rogers Augustine is the best doctor i have ever consulted in my life. He was the one with that much care, love, support and empathy.

I visited this hospital for treating my father who got injured in an road accident. This hospital give service of doctor OT George one of the finest ortho doctors in the country. All hospital premises are clean . Staff are patient friendly and are keen to help us. This hospital also got good cardio department.
