Halthi Peak

An underrated tourist place in Nagamangala. You will be surprised to see the view, which is so good. You can see that road construction is currently going on up to the temple. From there, you can hike up to the gopura. If you want to visit the temple, you need to check at the entrance of the hill.

I recommend that you take water.

This Mutt was Established by Swami Amarananda Paramhamsa, who known to be an enlightened person.
Now This Is branch of Adi Chunchanagiri maha mutt which is managed by Swami Someshwarnath who is also deciple of Swami Amarananda Paramhamsa and Swami in Mysore branch mutt

Halthi Swargashrama is one of the oldest branch of Adichunchanagiri. Its located just below the Mallikarjuna Swamy temple Hill. The ashrama is headed by Sri Amaranatha Paramahamsa Swamiji. Swamiji is responsible for the development of ashrama.

As the ahsrama was started during 1970's in samll Shed. Now The asharama has got seperate blocks for each deperatment such as Prayer Hall, Kitchen, Residence for Old aged people etc.

The Ahsrama is surrounded by hill with quite and peaceful atmoshpere. Everyday prayers and spiritual activities will be held under the guidence of swamiji. The prayer hall is the center of attraction.
