Our recent stay at Tea Terrain Resorts & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking pristine tea estates, this resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views.
The food and amenities were excellent and above our expectations. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
The staff at Tea Terrain Resort went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the personalized attention throughout our visit, their hospitality was exceptional and added to the overall experience.

Me and my parents left a while ago from Tea Terrain Resort.

Our trip was nothing short of mind blowing. The team was so warm, welcoming and attentive at all times. They were also very accommodating of our needs and requests. The property itself has healing qualities. So quaint and complete. The best part was that it was so well-maintained despite being 60% or more only in nature.

My father normally doesn't enjoy vacations much but he was the happiest and enjoyed every bit of it thoroughly. The trip was planned for my birthday, but it became a gift to my dad. Hahaha!

All in all we had a wonderful time.

We stayed two days in this resort. First of all Rooms and inside resort amenities are very nice and hygiene.They provided buffet type complimentary BF and Dinner, taste is good and it was a buffet type. All staffs are very kindly person it was really impressed us. Finnally, we felt pleasant stay here and definitely we never forget this place.

I suggest you people who all are seeing my comments, it will great treat for you if you spent your days here.

The rooms were good clean and comfortable. The toilets were clean but the health faucet handles were not working. The valve had to be turned on and off. Some maintenance in that case is required.
The staff were polite and friendly and provided good service.
The resort itself offers a variety of activities to keep oneself occupied. There is sufficient area to walk around and explore the place.
The food was satisfactory with a variety of dishes to suit everyone. A good place to recommend for a holiday

Had a memorable time with family at Tea Terrain. We were a party of 21 including kids. Staff were genuinely cordial and helpful. Spa service was impeccable. Food tasted authentic and evey meal had a great spread. Buggy service was very helpful.

Ideal for a relaxing getaway, the resort also offers buffet menu which was good and worthy,

It was an amazing experience at the resort. The stay was very comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony.
Food was excellent at the restaurant with a wide variety of dishes.
The staff were very cooperative and friendly. All thanks to them for arranging a birthday cake surprise to the room for my husband’s bday.
The facilities provided were splendid.
Overall, it was a great experience for both of us and would recommend this place.

We were a family of 4 adults and 5 kids booked for a pool villa. We all, from kids to grown up, enjoyed thoroughly. There is a kids play area, football turf, a common pool etc. food taste and service was good too. Room interior, ambiance, cleanliness were all nice. It was a pleasant stay in there two bed room with a private pool . This resort is in the middle of a tea plantations,the campfire area is really good and pleasent .the food is really good and tasty I loved there chicken cutlets which was served with tea .

Spent this weekend at tea terrain resort, kuttikanam.. Awesome experience for me and my family there.All staffs were really friendly and professional. Food was amazing both dinner and breakfast. Tea and snacks served outside was a different experience. We stayed in a pool villa which was so well designed in all aspects. There was a good kids play area, a turf which the kids enjoyed. The area inside resort is slightly hilly which may be difficult for elderly. Altogether it's a nice experience.

I recently stayed at Tea terrain resort for a short weekend getaway to celebrate my elder sister’s 40th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always serving us with a smile and providing exceptional service. They helped arrange a cake and simple balloon decorations for the celebration at a reasonable additional cost, which added a special touch to the occasion. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with excellent service.

Had a great time at Tea Terrain..The resort's impeccable attention to detail, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the thoughtfully designed interiors, left us in awe. Our family of 4 incl a toddler, booked the pool villa for 2 nights, owing to the good ratings online. The ratings did justice much to our satisfaction. Once inside the gates, the ambience and nature tranquility just gets hold of you and you are one with Nature and Inner Peace. The rooms and pool were well maintained and just a call away for any assistance needed. Food at the in house restaurant and teahouse were fresh n just felt like home, they serve both asian and continental options. Overall my wife n kids loved the place n hence me blissful😊 . I had a pleasant stay with my family. We book Pool villas. Clean and Neat, quality toiletries, tasty food, nice staff, peaceful location..
One suggestion to make the pools inside villas temperature controlled. Water was so cold.

Beautiful property with lot of space for fun and activities.
Food is good but the restaurant space is not adequate. Can be improved.
The location of the resort is also slightly away from the main town.
Rooms are very well maintained but no ACs are available.
Would give it a 4.5/5 for the experience.

I stayed with my family on 8th March in Estate King Suite.

It was a very pleasant day out. The rooms and cottages in the resort are nestled along the slope of a hills, landscaped into a tea garden. The resort was packed to the full on our arrival . Still the front office managed the check-in process in less than 5 minutes, complete with the welcome drink.

The room was very clean and tidy and without any odour. Toilet supplies were of good quality and was complete with carpet slippers. In room provision for tea/ coffee had good quality products. Room had a balcony and a sitting arrangement inside. View from balcony was not expansive, because of trees close by. Usage of plastics was seen minimised through drinking water in glass bottles etc. Kindly note that there is no AC. Evenings and nights are cold. So the absence will never be felt. But by morning 9, the ambient temperature starts showing up in the rooms as well.

The property has a watch tower. We reached there close to the twilight hours and at that time it was very pleasant. The view was good.

The property is on a slope, so choose your travel mates who can walk on roads with steep gradients!

The property is quite a bit far away from civilization. So better opt for all meals package for the duration you are planning to be here. We took dinner and breakfast. The spread was very good for both. The restaurant has a good ambience.

The most striking feature is the way the employees interact with the guests. It is professional and very personnel, all at the same time. They maintain the balance very nicely. One will feel at home, the moment we enter the property.

Overall, an experience worth cherishing. Thanks to the owners and staff.
