Orange Valley Hills Resort Vagamon

It was a memorable and awesome experience at Orange valley Vagamon during our stay in the last week of May'24. Right from the moment we drove 3800 ft up through the serene misty hills to enter Orange until we checked out it was absolute bliss. Our sincere thanks to the entire team@Orange who made this happen.
Our sincere thanks to @Mr. Suresh who helped in finalizing the stay and took care of us so well during our stay. Special thanks to @Mr. Johnson & team who ensured our stay was a memorable one. To mention, the regular daily updates on WA reg. food menu to be served. Special mention here in guiding us and providing us with route updates for our journey in the last leg of our vacation. Not to forget the entire staff at restaurant for their care in serving excellent dishes was one of the main highlights. And for the caring house keeping staff who always was there to attend to us with a smile whenever we had a request.
We were blessed to have stunning views of the verdant slopes on the hills from our villa room. Truly we could experience the nature to the fullest @Orange.

Don't opt for their guesthouse because its located far down the hills and not beautiful as the resort.

A wow! Resort situated in picturesque place. Worth visiting place. Rooms are neet and with beautiful scenery through glass wall. Surroundings of resort is breathtaking. Staff are very friendly and always ready for our service. They arrange campfire for all guests. I recommend it for others.

A real treat for health and mind especially for people who want to enjoy a few days break with family members. It's a lovely experience to be walking through the clouds and keep watching the Para gliding nearby. A very courteous staff and delicious food along with Bonfire every evening are added benefits

I am very happy to share that myself and my family had the pleasure of staying at Orange valley resort between 18-21 May 2024. Must say that this place is a must visit.. Have recommended to many of my friends already. The aura and the scenic beauty of this place is something which should be experienced by one and all. Everyone, starting from Kids to elders will enjoy the atmosphere and the hospitality here. Would like to mention that the entire staff was very friendly and supportive. Particularly would like to mention about firstly the GM, Mr. Johnson Tharian who was a wonderful host guiding us on our visit right from the time we had confirmed our booking and once we reached there he used to have a wonderful connect with all occupants in the resort and make sure to keep us informed right from the morning about the day to day food menus, timings, activities and other updates. Also would like to mention about Mr. Arjun who was also very very supportive throughout our stay... The food and all other amenities are good at orange valley. The vibe here was something to cherish for me and my family for a pretty long time. Hope that orange valley comes up with many more innovative things like swimming pool etc which will keep attracting more and more travel enthusiasts like us in future. Thanks.

We had incredible experience with the resort. The location is very beautiful and they have maintained the premise very well.on top of everything their hospitality is exceptional by taking care of minute things about guests in a very professional way.The food provided was also exceptional.Would definitely visit again

A very calm place with a beautiful climate. Since it's located on top of the hill almost every morning and evening is covered by fog. The coolest place i have visited in Vagamon. The staff is also very friendly and supportive. They also provided us a complementary trekking in their vehicle to some of the movie shooting locations and a nearest waterfall.

We were a group of 17 and we had a whale of a time in this beautiful place , tucked in a glorious valley snuggled in a blanket of mist। Being a noisy crowd , strictly vegetarian did not deter the kitchen from serving us scrumptious dishes every meal । The housekeeping staff were always available with a smile and we enjoyed the bonfire for two days with music and dance and the last night was like a disco night right opposite our rooms । We are all planning to visit them yet another time in the future। Two things that they can improve on - gulab jamuns and hotter tea when room service is requested।

Best place in Vagamon to stay with your family. The view is the main highlight. The property is very well maintained. The staff are very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

My wife and I stayed in one of the upper floors of a villa at Orange Valley from 18th to the 20th of April 2024. We had a most splendid holiday. The resort is way up on one of the mountains around Vagamon and the rooms have wonderful views of a deep valley on one side and rounded hills with grass or tea plantations on the other. It is a very quiet and serene environment and the only sound one would hear might be the birds or cricket or the whistling of breeze. Evening were pleasantly cool and by evening the clouds would gather in the valley and be blown up over the hills and into our rooms through the large open windows if they were left open. One moment it would be full of fog and visibility would be a few metres and the other, it would be clear-enough to see the lights in the valley below.

The basic amenities were all good; hot water, clean towels, parking in front of each villa, a good restaurant, very friendly staff and quiet roads up the property to take long walks in the chill of the evenings and mornings.

Only the wifi in some villas need some improvement and better road that leads up to the hill where the property is located. Roads maintained by the management are excellent though.

We had a wonderful time at the resort and also at Vagamon with so many places to visit and activities.

It’s a good place for old and young !!

I recently stayed at orange valley hill view resort and very much happy to give this review, It was a wonderful experience and will sure return again in monsoon. Thank you so much for taking care of us 🤩

All staffs are very responsive and organized very well, you have great staffs who works so hard to satisfy our needs.

I recently stayed at Orange Valley Resort in Vagamon and had an incredible experience. The resort's elevated location offers breathtaking views of the hills, making it the highest resort in the area. The sunrise was truly mesmerizing, complemented by the delightful cold winds.

Resort had classic room with a balcony which provided the perfect spot to soak in the surroundings, and the weather was exceptionally pleasant throughout my stay. The resort caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, The buffet features a diverse selection of dishes, providing a range of options for guests, from appetizers to desserts."

The service at Orange Valley Resort was impeccable, ensuring our satisfaction in every aspect. Additionally, the resort provides a variety of activities, including cycling through the hills and engaging campfire sessions, making it an ideal choice for families and children.

Excellent location in the midst of nature for a perfect vacation in Vagamon. Super hospitality by Orange Valley .Villa rooms are unique that you can sit in the lap of nature and relax. Excellent Food and service. Corporative staff and team of orange valley made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Well maintainted resort. Great location. Welcoming attitude from staff.
Suggestion :- should improve the breakfast. Can include much more items.
