The resort is beautiful.The staff is very attentive, and always ready to assist. The ambience of the resort is impressive. The food is very well prepared and tasty.The resort offers a peaceful and calming environment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

My experience at the Maple Resort was delightful. The luxurious rooms were worth the expense along with the service, and the lavish breakfast offered excellent food. The ambiance was beautiful, and I appreciate that it's also a pet-friendly resort which gives you a homely vibe also, the most amazing part is that the evening is well planned with a DJ night.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. It is pet friendly resort and my dog enjoyed very much. The food was amazing.

Perfect stay if you want to enjoy n relax.nice activity n gaming areas. My 10 year son enjoyed a lot . Staff is very nice and polite. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

I loved this property. Comfortable, clean, very classic, peaceful, distant from regular traffic & city. Few food items which needs improvement but overall it was good to have home cooked cuisine.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Maple Resort Chail .The resort is ideally located and the rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The food is excellent and the staff is very courteous and helpfully. In all we had a very memorable stay .

It is a beautiful property with great view of sunrise n sunset. Sumptuous breakfast and live DJ in the evening made our stay memorable.

In the mountains, a warm resort. Our stay was pretty comfortable. Rooms and amenities upto the mark, good view, courteous staff, warm hospitality, food was reasonable. Overall good stay!!

Staff is courteous and well behaved. Services are prompt and expect any tip from you. Location of my room was okay but there are rooms with not a very great view.
Size of the room is more than enough. All modern amenities are present.
One doesn't need air-conditioning so AC is not required in any season.
Bathrooms are clean and equipped with modern fittings.

Me and my family stayed for 3 nights at the resort. We had a great experience. Perfect idea of a holiday - away from the crowd, peaceful and icing on the cake was the view. The staff is amazing - very polite and courteous. The food is great (especially their breakfast). Do look for the valley view room . It is worth every penny.

The place is good. We booked two rooms, however one room had a stench of smoking. The food is good. The place is well equipped with playing area and has amenities like pool table and carrom.
The view is also amazing.

The resort is located at a very good place. Food is very good. Sarthak was really helpful and kind in helping for the smallest queries. Staff is polite.

One of the best properties I have stayed in ever.
The hotel has amazing rooms with balconies.
There is a play area for the kids and the garden is very well maintained.
The staff is very well mannered and behaved.
They serve a huge buffet in the breakfast!
Special thanks to Manoj(at the reception) for providing us the room on urgent basis!

Only one concern I had was that when we had called at the reservation office they told us that there is no view from the rooms and the tone was very arrogant.

I don’t know why the executive told us this because there is quite a decent view from the rooms!
One can sit in the balcony and enjoy!!
