Hotel Snowflake

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Snowflake. The rooms have a balcony with a great view, and you can get hot water in all taps including washbasin. The location is close to the bus stand. One small downside is that, as in many hotels in that region, there are many steps from the road to reach the rooms. However, the hotel has staff to help with carrying luggage. Given the decent price and the room quality, it's easily a 4.5+ deal.

What an experience here. Got to see the milky way from the balcony. Much recommend if you are into star gazing/photography.

Food and water was decent. Not recommended for senior citizens as you have to take stairs down to reach the hotel. Also parking is on the side of the road.

Enjoyed our stay here. Service was good. Room was also spacious enough. View from the balcony was mind-blowing. Location was also superb, just beside the main market. Only drawback I found is one has to climb up stares to reach the main street. If there's no people in your group having knee problems then I would highly recommend this property.

The place is located along a valley and the view from the room balcony is amazing. The hotel staff is very helpful, we arrived at 2am and still they helped us out in the best possible way. The food is decent. The rooms are well maintained. Recommend it for the view from the balcony. It is mesmerizing.

Nice comfy hotel with awesome scenic views. Great prices and amenities. The hotel is clean, the food is good. The staffs are also very good. It is also near a skiing point of Dhomri, it's just a 2 min walk. But I would seriously recommend to not take the rooms whose room number starts with 1 cause it's way below the ground, well the scenery is worth it but still if you could take the rooms above that floor i.e room numbers starting with 2 and 3 would be better. There is also an adventure park and a lake not too far from there, just 7 km.

Great stay overall.clean rooms and bathrooms, breathtaking views from the rooms and amazing food. Had a home like feeling.We traveled with family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Amazing staff who r very helpful .Will definitely recommend this hotel. I would like to come back to stay here just for the views and the hospitality.

Love the view and the location, the manager is so kind didn't charge cancellation charges, gives a little discount that doesn't matter but his nature does. The balcony view is ultimate, the market is within walking distance, they have a parking area, the only Restaurant which is quite good is Negi Dhaba.
I wish to be there soon, highly recommend it to those who love to be a wake up with sunshine and wants to cheer at sunset.
Be aware of those two monkeys who always wait at the stairs or on the balcony😂

We stayed at this hotel recently. We were upgraded to deluxe room. The room was very good and balcony was facing the valley. The bathroom was good and hot water available from 5 am in the tap of bathroom. The staff was very polite and food was also good. So when in Narkanda, a stay at this property is recommended

We arrived later than expected at the Snowflake hotel, the staff on site were helpful even at that late hour and were kind enough to turn on the hot water geezer for us. We had a charming wooden cabin like room with a stunning view of the Himachali hills. We really enjoyed our stay there, as the host family, owners of the hotel, were very kind and made us feel at home. They also planned us a hiking tour to Hatu peak, with packed breakfast, which we really appreciated and recommend if you're a nature lover. Narkhanda is a quiet town, where you can really make the most of the pine trees and the peace. Unfortunately on the last day we had to make a change to our booking, but the family was very understanding and made it so easy for us to do. Stay here and do the hike to Hatu!

We forget our bag at hotel and even we didn't aware that we forgot, but they immediately called us, kept our bag safely and handed over it to us.

I stayed at Hotel Snowflake for over 20 days and worked from there. The view from the location is amazing, you will not get enough of it. The room is cozy, comfortable, clean with a great view. Location is excellent, a short walk from the market.
Service is excellent. The owner and staff ensured that my stay was very comfortable. Dinesh, the owner also helped me with my itinerary to Spiti valley ensuring that i had bookings at good and safe stays.
I would recommend anyone to stop at Narkanda and stay at Hotel Snowflake. The place has excellent views, mini hiking trails for nature lovers. Hotel Snowflake was my home away from home.

Stayed here for a night and we enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and tidy too. The staffs were cordial and owner too. We enjoyed the hospitality here.

Narkanda is one of the most beautiful, calm place of Shimla district, if you love Nature must go there at least once in lifetime. And Hotel Snowflake was perfect place to Enjoy the trip as rooms were beautiful and very delicious food made from fresh Vegetables which and price of hotel is very genuine as compare to facilities. And best of hotel is the View of multiple mountains in a row which makes your mood fresh when you wake up and just spend some time there.
Whether wise it's cold even in summer so prepare for that though I felt hotel's owner's behaviour is very helpful as he provided us winter clothes as I was not much prepared for that and that guy gives you full details how to enjoy your time in Narkanda and he also helped me to explore best places nearby. So you can call that guy to know anything you need to know.
Must visit once and Enjoy the Hatu Peak and clouds moving above and under you and this place is highest peak in Shimla district.

All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled that place in 2k17 august. Spend 2 days there after mountain view point hotel. That's another best hotel their.🌟

Really pleasant and clean rooms for stay. You can see amazing view of narkanda mountains from windows side. Which you never forget, if you go there.

The view from the rooms and balcony was absolutely stunning. It has a view of the entire valley. The food served there was very good and service was really good as well. The balcony had to be cleaned a bit but no major complaints. Great place and good food.

Cake for a couple of days quite in this small skii town of Narkanda, the hotel is great. We stayed on the -2 floor and had a lovely view of the valley and sunset from it. The service was amazing they are prompt polite and caring.

Very nice hotel to spend your night in this beautiful city. The rooms are very big with the awesome view from balcony. The staff was very cooperative and very helpful. Location is also in the main market of narkanda. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep it up!!!!!!
