The place was made as a hostel for Joy company workers who worked in secl mines to extract coal. The palce is good with plants and trees outside it was very luxurious earlier with swimming pools, balconies with wonderful views and most important is the place is at a very silent place so you can enjoy your evening without listening to sounds of vehicles. The place is a gated society with huge walls surrounding the hostel and a watchman is always outside so nobody can enter without permission. Recently it was made institutional quarantine centre for those who want comfortable place during quarantine.

Some time ago all the facilities to live and stay were available. But currently no such facility is available. This hotel is in need of repair.
