The Lakes Resorts Anchalasserry

We had an amazing experience here with lots of activities, delicious food, drinks, and snacks, and stunning views. My favourite activity was taking a boat ride down the beautiful river and stopping off to catch fish and drink fresh coconut water. Overall it was an amazing experience and I recommend wholeheartedly.

Pleasant stay, value for money, an escape from the city pollution and crowded tourist attractions . Ambience of this place is exquisite. If you want to isolate yourself along with your family and friends in a bamboo house with all the facilities, having a spectacular view of the lakes.. I would strongly recommend this place.

Pros:
1,Clean,calm and hygienic environment, friendly staffs, great food, safe and supportive environment since this resort is a teamwork of the entire village and part of their tourism project. You would be overwhelmed by their amazing hospitality and helpful nature,because of which we got to explore everything locally. They provide house boating -small house boat(but no bedroom in this boat- its called Shikaara boat),kayaking, fishing, small peddle boats and all kind of activities.

Cons:
1,Tough to get bookings on weekends and holidays , since they dont offer many cottages but focus on just 1 or 2 parties at a time.

2,This village is quite far off from the city centre and main bus stands. Not many good hotels around. ( private vehicles are good as they have better roads and parking)
