Nice restaurant and such a beautiful ambience, all lit up so well and we were served very well and also the prices were not so high it was affordable. They offered varieties of dishes mostly traditional. And also pleasant lighting and also paintings on the wall were nice and well if course the food was great and we did enjoy it

Chicken dum Biriyani (parcel) was so good.
Kaima rice resembles the authentic malabar style biriyani.
Family rooms available in first floor.

It was a wonderful experience. We ordered meals which cost only ₹80(including natholi fry and a small piece fish curry). I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking a delicious and affordable food in Chingavanam Junction and near Kottayam Town. Must try hotel for sure

Right from the moment you enter the restuarent till the moment you leave staffs are there to help you out to choose from variety of degustation menus. Urapayathum try cheythu nokam esp the yummy GOLDEN POROTTA.

Behind the Chingavanom bus stop,towards the Thiruvananthapuram side.
A narrow walkway leads to the restaurant. The restaurant is double storey. On the top floor you have toilet facilities and family dining room.
The kitchen is open and can be viewed from the ground floor. Seems to be clean and tidy per se.
They serve tasty food. And may be the best around Chingavanom.

As a staff from FCI nearby, we quite often order from them. They provide a satisfactory service and tasty food.

In sept 2021, I had their Golden special shawarma,which was unexpectedly very tasty. Costed me 100.
Along with it I also had quarter alfam, which too was very tasty.

A special mention has to be given to the salad they provide with these dishes. Exceptional.

I reached from banglore during this Covid time and wanted to try beef kizhi. Ordered from Golden Kitchen and got delivered.
Food was delivered hot and had it. The beef was prepared well and it's a must try. Everyone loved it to the most. The packing was excellent and delivery was neat. Giving 5 stars for the excellent services. Looking forward to try more recipes. Stay clean, stay healthy

Golden restaurant a must visit place at kottayam!! Specially one of their signature dish golden poratta a mix of beef, chicken and egg which is worth every penny you spend! Highly recommended place do visit and experience the different flavors.

Yesterday we had dinner from this restaurant. Food was very yummy, they were very courteous , beef, tawa chicken, dosha, chilly chicken was fabulous. Excellent service . A big thumbs up
