Beware of wrong side driving on the tunnel route. At present hefty fines are being imposed but still violations continue. Tunnel is to be used only for downside traffic from solan -Kumarhatti- Chandigarh and not vice Versa.

Nice built and fresh highway on Chandigarh shimla highway. It's very useful for all the peoples because now we can save our much time in traveling. It's a great concept for hp people. Just take care some instructions of besides on road. It's come when you guys travels between shimla to Chandigarh.

Tunnel work is completed and now open for travel ...great experience and distance is reduce significantly...Parwano to Shimla road is getting better day by day and addition of this new Road tunnel is one of it's kind...

A very long run of about one km. The tunnel is well lit and the road is very smooth. Couldn't notice any signs of water seepage anywhere.
