Such a nice place!!! Food is super yummy!!! Amazing breakfast, snacks, food, and the best, the smoothies and juices!!! My fav, the beetroot one😍😍😍
The place is lovely, super relaxed. To go and stay for a while and enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The staff is the friendliest ever!! They are always making sure you have everything. And the views are just amazing! You even have direct stairs to the beach and can watch amazing sunsets😍😍 it’s paradise!!🩷

Soul Cafe offers a fantastic experience with its serene location and stunning beach views. The food is delicious, especially the must-try pineapple ginger juice and appam. Service is swift, ensuring you never wait long for your meal. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food by the beach!

This café is great. It has a stunning view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The menu is diverse, with a strong focus on the quality and hygiene of the dishes served. The service is pleasant, and I appreciated that the management was available and responsive to customer requests. I really enjoyed the restaurant's environment, with lounge chairs and sofas that allow for relaxation and meeting new people. Will definitely recommend to anyone seeking a quality time in Varkala!

It's a gorgeous café with a great atmosphere. If you're lucky, you'll also get to enjoy a beautiful sunset with their delicious food with occasional has a creative twists to it which i enjoyed very much. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of.

I loved everything: the atmosphere, the food (especially the Chia bowl and the Date and Tahini smoothie), the service! During my stay in Varkala I visited the café almost everyday :)

Soul Food Cafe's ambiance is truly serene, offering a cozy, rustic setting. The peaceful garden, surrounded by lush greenery, creates a tranquil escape. With soft lighting, gentle sounds of nature, and warm, friendly staff, the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. It's a calming heaven where time slows down, ideal for unwinding.

We tried some veg dishes here, absolutely tasty and very healthy and light food.
The Quesadilla and paneer wrap were lip-smacking.
Chef also accommodated some customization.

Stayed at the property for 5 days. It's a piece of heaven and the cafe is cherry on the cake. The cafe serves healthy and diverse options. Food and drinks are top notch. Cafe team is welcoming and takes care of minute details while serving. The food, the warmth,the atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. Thank you team and best wishes ❤

The food at the cafe is amazing and always very healthy, I especially enjoyed their chia pudding with granola. They have some really nice drinks and the people working there are lovely and friendly. The atmosphere is really relaxed and very quiet the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the sea.

This place is a must visit. Exquisite food in a relaxed and friendly setting. Very affordable. Staff are amazing in all respects and the food is incredible. You will want to come back for more.

Cafe with a beautiful cliff location with awesome food and a very attentive staff. Most things on the menu are labeled as Vegetarian, but the majority are or can be made vegan on request. Great place to catch the sunset as well!

My 5* review for this establishment does not do it justice. This place is truly amazing in all respects. The staff are friendly, welcoming and have a hive of information about the dishes they serve and the local area. It felt like nothing was too much to ask and they took a real pride in their work. We visited with our 22 month old baby and staff were like second parents towards him.
The location of the cafe/restaurant is breathtaking sitting on a cliff top with direct access to the beach. As you eat the view is beautiful and the sound of the rolling waves relaxes you.
Now the important part! The food. We ate here for 2 evenings in a row. After our first visit the food was so good we had to go again. I actually got exited in the afternoon at the prospect of eating more of their delicious food.
First night I had the Biryani Arancini balls and my wife had Saumyas famous Dal, both dishes were so tasty and very affordable. Second night we had the Fish Tachos and Lime pickle paneer wrap. Both were an explosion of taste making you crave for more. It’s evident that a lot of thinking and skill goes into developing these recipes. We met the chef and commended him on his work.All the staff are so humble.
Special thanks to Arum for being so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back when we visit again.

Beautiful ambiance with great food and the best place to witness the beautiful sunset . They have private access to the beach and variety of fusion menu and the staff are so friendly.

Their drinks and food menu is designed carefully and thus really fits the place and its environment perfectly. If you have the chance, please try the Date Tahini Shake, Unnis special fresh lime soda and the Asian Rainbow Salad!

Soul Food Cafe is the perfect place to spend your day at; reading, chatting or sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or sofas with their pink cushions🌸.

Very nice ambience ,very well mannered and friendly staffs. Absolutely loved their food and services. Will definitely choose them next time also.

Amazing food and Arun is super friendly!

We were staying with Soul & Surf for a few days and were able to get delicious breakfasts with fresh fruit, watermelon juice, an amazing selection of daily specials!

We also had dinner there a couple of times and the fish in banana leaf was super tasty. Would go back again just for that!

Overall a great experience, well worth the wait times!
