Quiet peaceful place to spend away from the city. Ideal for families looking for a decent, economical place to stay in Chinnakanal. The location has stunning scenery all around, and some of the rooms offer Great view of the Kolukkumalai & other hills.
Rooms are bare, with minimum space & amenities.
. They have a garden, badminton court & ample car parking area.
The staff are excellent and very helpful.

But they do not have a fully functional restaurant or room service. The food has to be ordered couple of hours in advance, that too from a very limited menu. Breakfast is complimentary though. Food is homely, but children and foodies will suffer for the lack of choice.

Very big property. Very nice place to enjoy your holiday with family. Very good rooms.

Located at Chinnakkanal and very close to the Starting point of Jeep Safari to Kolukkumala peak.

The service was immaculate, the staff showed hospitality towards us. The view of greenery from our room was also very well done

We spent a night here, and the exterior needs a lot of renovation.

Let us first discuss the positive aspects:
1) The spacious and well-maintained rooms instantly give off a resort vibe.
2) The supervisor in charge is very helpful and kind, and the staff members are kind and polite.
3) Despite lacking a live kitchen, they are able to serve excellent breakfast and dinner.
4) There is plenty of space for parking.
5) "Gap Road" is one of Kerala's best driving stretches, with scenic views all around, and it leads to the property.

Cons: The thing that most disappointed us.

1) The property's exterior offers enough opportunities for play. Although there is a sizable children's play area, it has been extremely poorly kept.
2) Every single object, such as the swing, roller, etc., is in poor condition, rusted, and dangerous for children.
3) The grass is overgrown, poorly mowed, and easily becomes a haven for reptiles.
4) There is some undeveloped ground that, according to the staff, is not a part of the property. Because it has gone unmaintained, it significantly detracts from the view of the property.

The location, room service and appearance of the hotel is very nice. The behaviour to staff was very co-operative.
All the rooms are good and clean. We had a nice time in Munnar, the whether was excellent and we had a very nice holiday. This hotel is 20km away from Munnar, but the real scenic beauty is between munnar and holiday heaven.
All the guys were helpful and that is the success of this property. This resort is on the lap of hill with an unexplainable beauty. The well structured natural landscaped resort with fresh mountain mist embracing us, of course I would like to pay a visit the hotel next time I come to Munnar.

The hotel is 22 km from Munnar city. But the road leading to the hotel is the best sightseeing you can have in Munnar. The Hotel Location is the best among all in Munnar. It is between the rocky hills. You can have memorable clicks. Garden is very well maintained. Breakfast is simple and very good. Hotel manager is very friendly. Villas are maintained very clean and tidy. Just one thing to note is the rooms become very cold at night, so do not forget to carry sweaters or thermals. I think hotel management should look into it seriously. If the rooms become too cold then it becomes uneasy to stay sometimes when the temperature drops too much. But at other times its great.

Resort situated in a beautiful place and the highlight is the mountain view behind the cottages. Rooms are average and the services is also good. Really enjoyed the food we ordered here. Resort having a beautiful garden which maintained well and neat.

Just too good experience. We had a wonderful holiday there. Nice and beautiful location, wonderful hospitality and very clean. Managers are friendly. No issue with check in and check out. Breakfast was good but not much options but still it's great. Hotel environment is neat and clean. Room Service also very good.

It is beautiful boutique resort. We were on our honeymoon trip. We really impressed by the setting of cottage and big garden. When we opened the room, that was the real surprise. Our room was decorated with flowers. Then only, I realised that Raghav was taken their honeymoon special package. Honeymoon special was really good. There is a living room and main bedroom in our villa. My main concern of staying in a hotel was the privacy and I am 100% satisfied with holiday heaven. Staff was really courteous and helpful. They showed us very good hospitality.

We just stay 2 days in holiday heaven.The ambiance was awesome and staff was very co- operative and very helpful. Atmosphere was superb we will prefers our next year vacation in the same place. Guys ( Hotel staff) keep up your Gud works.👏👏👏👏👏

The hotel located One of the best part in Munnar....You wake up on Morning with many varities of birds whistle..The cottages are well maintained...With big park for children.. Badminton Court also...But breakfast menu need to be improve as per tariff.....I rated the 5 stars for the entire environment....

The hospitality was great but the complementary breakfast they provide could've been better. They host a general camp fire which is a good experience.
