I had a great experience during my stay at Chail Village Retreat hotel. The hotel is located at a picturesque area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was extremely courteous and hospitable. The food was good and they have a variety of food choices available.

staff was warm and polite, very helpful. Location has complete homely and kids friendly environment , amazing scenic views of mountains and valley ,food was authentic, rooms were commodious.

It's so remote and peaceful
Rooms are cozy but sometimes visited by small spiders 🕷 I found 3-4 in my room, those were harmless.
Room Service is awesome
Food was good, could be better
Breakfast was also good
All bread item were good and the parathas, daal fry and jeera rice was also good 👍can try. Sabji roti mai itna maza nahi aaya.
There is a trail 👣👣going to tample just besides we explored that and found awesome, there is small water fall besides the hotel 🏨 that's added advantage

The only issue is privacy, as all rooms are located on single path with big glass wall, so curtain is the barrier.

We loved staying here will visit again.

Had an amazing stay at Chail Village Retreat by Kyte Hotels. I came here with my best friend and both of us had a very good time.I must say that it's an all safe place for women to come and stay alone. The staffs are very friendly and we had a very safe environment here. They even have guides for trekking and sight seeing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

So I came here with my family. We had an amazing experience. Staff behaviour was good and the ambience is also satisfactory. Come here with your family it will give you an incredible experience with pleasant weather 🫶 . It's very safe and secure. Overall it's wonderful✌😌 GO ND VISIT

My recent stay at this resort was a memorable experience that offered a combination of stunning views, warm hospitality, and occasional traffic disturbances. While it had its ups and downs, the overall ambiance and service made for a tranquil getaway.

Clean and spacious rooms, within budget friendly price tags. Staff was also nice. Location has pleasant and natural views around.
Food was also yummy and had enough quantity.
Only thing that need to improve is more items should be added to menu.

A nice resort with probably all things to enjoy your vacation....nice rooms, service, location,food and ample parking space...

Very nice place to stay.we got stuck in the snowfall and luckily got this resort to stay. Staff was very cooperative and polite.rooms are good in size and clean too view from the balcony was awsome.it’s a nice place to sit and relax and have the view of the mountains from the balcony.
