We went for lunch there. brought meals and biryani.. Meals was good there dry prawn and mango curry was just woow...
Fish fry was also good...

Stopped here by chance: best decision ever! The owner welcomed us with warmth and suggested us some different chef's specialties... they were delicious! He took care of us the whole dinner. The price is also very cheap. One of the best meals we had in Kerala! I recommend.

It's a hotel where veg&non veg food is available in different section. You have Ac&nonAc sitting area's. The food is very tasty and you have the choice of chines food also. It is neat and tidy. Here you have ample sitting place. It has got spacious car parking. This hotel is good place to stop over for those who travel by MC Road. The veg&non veg meal's here sumptuous.

A good dining spot near Caritas, Thellakom offers Dosa, BBQ and other varieties of tasty dishes to its customers. Located in the M C Road at before 101 junction and just opposite to this Mooppans restaurant and Kuzhimanthi. KFC is also nearby.

The handwashing area and toilet is kept clean. The dining hall inside is very big with comfortable seating.

The service time is average and the waiting time after the order is acceptable. The staffs are friendly supportive. The food we ordered was our traditional Kerala Meals with fish curry. The side dishes and the different varieties of fish items adds good value to the meals. One normal Kerala meals cost around 160/-, but it's worthy. I do recommend the prawns with mango curry at this restaurant...

Very good restaurant and Arcadia is famous chain of restaurants at Kottayam town for years.They always give preference to Hygiene food and food plate also is always hot and super clean

Loved this place for the hospitality offered and some really good food. There's ample parking infront of the restaurant. It is maintained really neat and clean. The food was fresh and delicious. They serve one of the best meals in Kottayam. Keep up the good work.

One must try the PLING juice exclusively served by them( just inform them not to add any extra sugar to the same). Highly recommended

Friendly staff and good meals ! The place is well crowded esp during lunch hours , so bear that in mind when planning a visit. The another dish must try is mango fish curry.
The owner is much cordial towards customers and down to earth behaviour make you to visit again.

Very satisfactory experience...there we met a very simple man Hari..who served us meal..just like a father's care ...he was very caring about our children...hats off to the owner for this perfect selection of staff...he is an asset...my family enjoyed the meals very well...we felt like a home....I think my words aren't enough to express their quality is serving food... the food was so delicious....
Anyone can run a hotel or restaurant..but if it has a homely touch..then that place would be a perfect choice...if we would be inn that area again...that will be our first and only choice...
Very good ambience and a lot of parking space... security also very down-to-earth man...a salute for all the workers there... especially Hari chettan and that security...
They are very well aware about keeping the whole place clean and tidy...

Very nice place. Especially the dosa street. Actual varieties - not just name sake, and the quality of the dosa also too good. NB: There is a break from 12 noon to 4 pm for dosa street. Then, the restaurant is equally good. Porotta is awesome. Ample parking space available. Usually neat and clean, better washrooms too.

I tried their appam, porotta and fish curry. It's tasty as I expected 😋. Good customer service and clean environment.
