Lal Ghanta Ghar (Dharm stup)

A very important event at the time of India's independence is associated with Churu's bell tower, where the tricolor flag was hoisted 17 years before independence.The road on which this bell tower is located is the main road of the city, a park of Churu is also situated near it.

It's a starting point of Churu city in Rajasthan.

The town feels alive here. The street food around is a must try thing in the evening.

It's a square not very far from the Churu Railway Station..the town itself seems sleepy.....not very big and happening place unlike many historic places one finds...though bustling with the chaos characterised by a small Rajasthani town ...

It is a historical STUPA called DHARMA STOOPA, here in CHURU it has a local language name as LAL GHANTAGHAR, it has red color as it is made of red stone so it is locally called LAL GHANTAGHAR, and it has sculptures of great Holly men of all the religions so it is called DHARMA STOOPA,and one thing more that there are 5 ways around it 1 goes to railway station 2 goes to Delhi and Jhunjhunu 3 goes to near by mohalla,4 goes to railway side colony and the 5 goes to city old market.

Historical place in churu, where you can see complete geeta written on stup walls. In churu, every one call it lal ghantaghr but its basically dhram stup. It designed by lal pathar. You will find lot of lords statue like krishna, ram etc. Its near by railway station on jhunjhnu road.

THERE IS NO ANY CHANGE IN THE DETAILS OF LAL GHANTA GHAR,SINCE MY PREVIOUS UP DATES.

Great place to have some spicy food and take a walk

Nice place in churu. I visited today at my family place and caught my return bus from there to jhunjhunu.

It's an awesome place with lots of fast food stalls nearby.
