Our first ever trip to Himachal Pradesh with Himachal Cab Services was amazing. Mr. Sahil was very humble and he planned our trip very well and he also went out of his way helping us with the Toy Train ride. We had booked two cars Innova Crysta & Rumion as we travelled with our family and both the cars were well maintained and kept very neat and tidy by the drivers everyday single day. Our drivers were Mr. Shanu and Mr. Gaurav Rana and both were really humble, polite, punctual & informative. They guided us well with himachal's beautiful places as well as they took us to amazing food places where we had their popular dishes like Fried Momos, Siddu, Kukrej, etc. Mr. Gaurav Rana was our car driver and I would definitely give him a hats off for his amazing driving skills. He is an absolute Racer but at the same time very very careful and attentive. Thank you Mr. Gaurav and Shanu for making our trip truly a memorable one.

We went for Chandigarh-Shimla-Manali road trip in June 2024 with our toddler who enjoyed every minute of this beautiful adventure.

Mr Sahil of Himachal Cab Services was prompt and guided us well in planning the trip and suggested good hotels as well.

Our driver/guide of Ertiga- Pritam Chandji was polite, soft spoken and very knowledgeable. He was punctual every day. His driving skills are excellent on the mountains and is very experienced.

It was our first visit to Himachal Pradesh and hence we were very selective about which cab services to hire for. After reviewing multiple feedbacks about Himachal Cab Services, we decided to go ahead with them and it was indeed our best decision. Right from booking we had a very great experience with the team. Their Operations/Sales Manager Sahil Garg was very humble and have given us the best deal possible along with a perfect itinerary!

Our driver Shaanu was a gem person and has made our 7 days trip a memorable one! He has been our tour guide as well and have helped us in getting to the best scenic locations in Himachal.

Overall, we had a great time and a fantastic experience with Himachal Cab Services !! Thank you team !

The person who was driving the vehicle was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was with us for 10 days. It was amazing experience with him. Cool and calm , he was replying each question and curiosity we had about the new places we visited during those 10 days. It was a pleasure to have for our journey. On a whole I had a very satisfying and enjoyable experience. The booking, the communication and changes about itinerary was smooth . The response time for my booking inquiry was quick. The sales team and I had multiple discussions over call and email about my plan and itinerary. The changes I said were were agreed upon and incorporated . They were open to ideas and not adamant on their price and sightseeing options. The flexibility factor was helpful for me and can be helpful for any potential customer. I had booked a innova crysta for 10 days of Himachal tour. Chandigarh being the pick up and drop point. We were 3 ( Me, wife and my daughter). Though we were only 3 we preferred a proven family car like innova . The long hilly drives can be suffocating so a spacious car was a boon. They provided an almost new ( 5 to 6 months old innova) which was in top condition and kept very clean by the driver. Apart from the condition of the car the other most important aspect of such a trip is the Driver.
His name was Shanu and by the end of the trip we struck a bond of friendship.(See the attached photo. He is in goggles). I think that says it all. He always had a good appearance in terms of his clothing and cleanliness. Well mannered towards his clients and was open to any suggestions we gave. Now a days these points are the most high rated expectations from clients. Born and brought up in and around Shimla he had vast knowledge about the sightseeing spots and overall history of the places. He can act as driver + tour guide. That is a good additional skill. Comfortable in English and Hindi so communication was not a barrier . I didn't saw any signs of alcohol consumption or any other habit ,atleast while touring with him. This aspect can be a crucial point for the client. I always do a lot of research about sightseeing well in advance . He did mention that few places were not worth visiting as they are more beautiful in other seasons. Some might think that the driver is being lazy and avoiding any driving but as I already had information I could confirm that he was talking truth. Good attitude !!!!.
No doubt he was a skilled driver being a local and in this profession in many years.He was not rash too. Even an experienced driver can learn a few tips from him. But as they say there is always room for improvement I have a few suggestions for him and which can apply to any driver . I hope these are taken in a positive way/constructive feedback and not as a negative comment :-

1) He should work on his punctuality aspect (or any other driver as well ) Most of the time he was late by atleast 20-30 mins for many days of our sightseeing. We used to be all ready on the hotel reception waiting for him at the decided time. On some occasions he had some genuine reasons but then one call to notify that he will be late would have been enough. I had to call him up to confirm when will he show up.

2) He should control his emotions in front of the client. I am aware they (drivers) have their own issues and frustrations but who doesn't ? Everyone has their share of issues in life. :). Some kms of the approach road to my Jibhi riverside resort was very bad and narrow. Though that area is heavily visited by many cars daily he got frustrated and spontaneously declared that he will not take any jibhi bookings henceforth and will communicate the same to his company. A day later he fell in love with that place too but such burst of emotions is not good for making future clients. May not leave a good impression on some clients.

I may have deleted 1 star for this but still giving a 5 star rating because on a whole I had a fabulous experience and these are the points which can be worked upon easily.

Our driver name was Deshu. He is an excellent driver and also a very good person. He always reply calmly whenever you ask any question. Never faced any difficulty in our journey. Also, he was very honest. Overall we had fun with him:).

We , a group of 4 women travellers, recently went on a trip to Spiti with Pritam Chand and the experience was amazing. Our driver was a soft spoken person and guided us well. Throughout the journey, the cab was comfortable and well-maintained. We had a safe and enjoyable ride.

I have taken Cab Service from Himanchal Cab Services.The Driver Mr. Surya Kant who was alloted for us was Excellent in terms of driving skills and very polite. He acted as a Great guide in knowing about the places. Overall we had Great time in Himanchal Pradesh. I recommend this Cab Service to all who are visiting Himachal Pradesh.

We had booked car for 7N/8D.with Himachal Cab Services. Owner Mr.Ravikant was so humble. Over all very good experience. Driver Mr.Nupur was so friendly. Taken nice care of us.will reffer others to book cab from Himachal cab services. .

Trip was well planned by Sahil sir. Actually we started our journey as four people but ended the trip as five people. shanu bhaiya made as so comfortable and now after our trip we miss him so much 😁 highly recommended and you people so lucky if go with shanu bhaiya

Best experience with tempo traveller and driver name Jagdish pal is very brilliant driver and nice experience and very cool person I suggest to all pls choose that. We are so happy by the way Shahil sir organised the trip. You can blindly go with the planning of himachal cabs. Best part of our trip is SHANU bhaiya.
Moreover all the stays were well planned and we got the best stay that was possible wrt availability.

It was a delightful trip to Spiti valley full circuit with proper guidance and whole enjoyment. A big shoutout to the trip rockstar “Shaanu”who accompanied us and made our memories wonderful with many awesome occassions. Keep rocking with the same energy always ! ! !

Good service and Shannu bhaiya was the best part of our journey for our complete Circuit of Spiti. Very well experienced Driving.

(Ishaan Rajput) he was our cab driver in our himachal tour which is 12 days tour. The only doubt I had before going on the trip was the nature of the driver who would take us on the tour. But then we meet to ishaan, He's damn good like he became my friend in first day only.
His driving skills damn good and speed on highway 50-70 and other roads 30-50. Full too smooth driving.
I have become such a big fan of his, like if I'll go next time I'll book this driver only because his nature also awasome like you can trust him for everything.
