Super amazing food and hygiene! We tried basic lunch meals with omlette, chicken curry. All dish had authentic local taste. Staffs were all very friendly and caring. Will recommend if you in or around mannavoor lake.

Easily noticeable from outside. A bamboo dining hall. Tables and chairs are of bamboo too. Good food served at a reasonable price. Most of the items included in the cooking are grown from the nearby village. Meals are served with at ₹80, complete for ₹15. A variety of other mixed food items are available. Traditionally cooked food. If a large group is visiting, it is worth to inform prior to arrival.

Mannavanur Lake is one of the most serene place that you can visit on Kodaikanal trip. This lake, as the name suggest is located in Mannavanur village, which is around 34 km away from Kodaikanal, Dindigul district of Tamilnadu. This picturesque lake, can be seen as you drive down to the village. The view of lake amid the captivating meadows with majestic hills at some distance is worth capturing. The drive to the lake is equally enchanting with eucalyptus and pine trees surrounding the road on both the sides. As you pass across these trees, lush greenery with rich flora and fauna greets you at Mannavanur. This area is bestowed with rich avian fauna. Many birds can be seen flying freely. It is also said that few of wild animals can be also be spotted once in awhile here. As Mannavanur Lake is located inside a sheep farm, flocks of sheep's can be seen grazing around the area. A few benches can be seen in the area where you can admire this mesmerizing view. Mannavanur is an ideal place if you love nature; here you relax in the midst of its rejuvenating beauty and peaceful surroundings.
