A traditional tile making place where you can see different kinds of tiles making and if u wish u can make ur own Athangudi tile paying a small tip to the Master workers of Chettinad tiles.

Making and tiles are good as per our visit. Once we finish laying will update the quality of tiles and laying.

We got Athangudi Tiles from this place with lot of attachment towards the traditional items. However, they failed to deliver the quality product. Also, they messed up in laying the tiles as well.

We had layed the tiles during the month of Jun 2023. In just 6 month tiles started developing cracks.

The quality of Sri Ganapathy Chettinad Athangudi Tiles is very bad and it is total waste of time, money and unnecessary mental pressure. Sri Ganapathy tiles play with our emotions and they would give value for the attachment that we have towards the traditional.

If someone is expecting a very basic floor, even in this case Athangudi Tiles is not a good option to consider. In photos it will really look great. But after laying we will start realising that we made a mistake in selecting this Athangudi Tiles.
Don't trust Athangudi Tiles and don't get it into traditional floor trap.

This is my personal experience and my intention is not to spoil their business.
I had faced lot of problems with them during the laying process and I did not write anything negative till date. Because lot of families are dependent on this business. However, after seeing the cracks started developing in the tiles. I thought, i should not delay further in writing a review here, so that others a can investigate further before they go for Athangudi Tiles. Especially with Sri Ganapathy Chettinad Athangudi Tiles.

I had sent couple of voice messages explaining the issues that I am having with the Tiles. Just for the courtesy sake, he did not even revert back with single voice message.

After writing a review in Google, he called and spoke with me and also promised to fix the issue. However, its been close to one month since the day he called. He hasn't take any action after that and no reply to my message after that. Poor customer experience.

Thanks a lot for the reviews. Some friends suggested this ganapathy athangudi tiles, but looking at this sort of quality, I am now thinking on some other option for the floor. However, I have heard good things about athangudi tiles and felt upset in knowing the reality of the seller.

Very bitter experience ... I will strongly will not recommend anyone ... They are cheats and frauds .. they took our money and didn't respond .. had a difficult time after personally meeting they sent materials but not fully .. they sent the labour for laying ..they did not complete the work but left collecting the money .. they don't respond to our phone calls. Don't trust the owner mr Ganapathy and team ...

Worst place, we layed their tils, thats not proper laying and manufacturing. Please don't go there.
