Good food on a long drive on ECR. Price is very much reasonable. Staff members are very keen on the idea of satisfying the customers. Car Parking here is is so easy. Really appreciate the ambiance. Suitable to visit with family. My kids loved this place on a lunch time. Relaxed here with feel at home.

A decent place for food out in the rural. Visited twice on the same day for breakfast and lunch en route to and from velankanni. Food quality and quantity-appreciable. Prizes are affordable and are completely worth the food. Employees are great with customers and helped us have a good time. Would definitely visit again and every possible occasion.

One of the best hotel on ECR. The way they serve is comparable to any resort. The items they served made me to feel that I am in Mumbai. Having all the facilities to refresh. The lawn and entrance make you feel that you are in a royal place. Dining hall is Air conditioned along with air circulators. Furniture's of fine quality. It is a Oasis on the ECR. Go and enjoy yourself.

Hotel with excellent atmosphere good service and taste food

Very nice thali and masala tea. I forgot to pick up my bag with important documents, with the good network, they called up my driver to enquire if the bag was ours, only then I realised I had left behind my bag, we were 42km out. We returned to Shelter, lo and behold, all my stuff, passport, personal identity, camera n money, were intact. They refused a reward. My sincere thanks to the staff for your honesty, may you all be blessed abundantly.
