NORTH MADRAS CAFE

I had Paratha and Maggie here .. which was fantastic in taste...

We came as tourists for Gulmarg and on our way back we saw this hotel. Not only because we're from Tamil Nadu, but this hotel is very good and Muzaamil is a very good person and took good care of us. The food was extraordinary. He knows the place in and out and gave some recommendations around the place.

I recommend any Tamil Nadu people who are visiting Gulamrg to visit this restaurant.

As kashmir has its own unique taste it's difficult to find the north taste here but NORTH MADRAS CAFE covers it all for you, from idli-sambar to aloo Paratha the taste is really good with a reasonable price.
The atmosphere is spacious and the staff is also helpful.

I drove 25kms to reach this destination and waiting 10mins to get order and excited to have it.. finally we had it.....

And the aloo paratha—soft, fluffy, and generously stuffed with a delectable potato filling—it's a culinary masterpiece. What truly sets North Madras Cafe apart, however, is the owner, Muzamil. He is an extraordinary individual who genuinely cares about his customers. Muzamil's presence and attention to detail ensure that every visit is a special one. His kind and caring nature reflects in the exceptional service provided by the entire staff..

We had parathas, Maggie and dalmakhani there. Service and food was really good. The quantity and quality of food was really good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are visiting to Gulmarg. Have your lunch or brunch or dinner there.

The best Idli-Sambar in all of Srinagar. Food was awesome, service was excellent. Mohammad is a terrific chef and a great host.

Lavish quantity. Excellent taste, especially all South Indian dishes. Great service. 10/10 would visit again👍

After heading back from Gulmarg, we stopped here. Mohammed from Chennai served us hot fluffy idly, Mysore style sambar n rice with hot cryspy onion pakoda.

The best south indian cafe in gulmarg where tamil foods are available, and the chai is very good. South indian food lovers must visit for delicious south indian food.
Also the staffs, especially Muzamil anna was very friendly

Had mixed veg Paratha,onion pakoda with tea which was very good and Muzammil was very kind enough in guiding and explaining about the culture and locations of the kashmir
