I am Shyam your regular Guest since Pams Residency. Why I had given 3 stars for service bcz of your Receptionist lady Ms.Subha's rude behaviour. I called hotel yesterday to book a room for me. She could have just booked the room. The way she answered my call as if she is the Owner of your hotel. Even Owners will not talk like her. I wanted Room 303 where I used to stay regularly. She said No in rude manner. But I am staying in Room 303 only today. This is not the first time, whenever I come she doesn't even talk to me politely. She will keep her face in Rude mood. Check about me with The Manager and all securities. Every others are very good except this lady. Only now I am writing this bcz I have experienced her rude behaviour to me. When she is there in the reception I don't even go to reception. I am servicing for PIOs worldwide. Awarded by Central Government. I will be visiting Taluk offices and Mayiladuthurai Collectorate. I request you Management to kindly warn her and tell her not behave in rude manner to Guests. All these years I have not given any complaint. I am very sorry to write this since I felt very bad. I am 64 years.

I am Mohan from, Karaikudi. I stayed at Krishna Residency, Mayiladuthrai for two days. One day in deluxe room and oneday in doble room. Both rooms are very spacious, very clean, good furniture, room supply materials are good and clean. Hotel atmosphere is excellent. Car parking available is safe and spacious. Reception is very good and the staff in reception and other staff behaviour is so cordial, helpful with smiling and nice. This hotel is situated in heart of the city.The only suggetion is in future the management may think of providing wi fi. Totally the stay in Krishna residency is excellent. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to choose Krishna residency when they visit Mayiladuthurai. Finally Our family enjoyed a stay here.

The hotel is having good ambiance. Very good and spacious rooms with all facilities with free break fast, which is very good vegetarian. Front desk staffs are very courteous. The Manager is very kind and polite in handling the customers/guest. If I happen to visit next time to Mayiladuthurai, i will prefer to staff in this hotel.

Rooms are big and very spacious. Clean rooms and restrooms. Parking was little tricky between pillars. A pure veg restaurant is located in 50m from the hotel.

I visited this place a week ago with my family.
I'd reserved a room for 3, 15 days days prior of my visit.
The room was clean and furnished as promised.
Complementary breakfast had varieties and was tasty.
They even arranged a cab for local temple visits upon request.
It is 2.7km to the railway station/bus stop.
Takes 2min walk to the shopping center of mayiladuthurai.
We did have a great and comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this. 👍

Very good place to stay for a family. . Restaurant presently closed due to renovation. Tariff is slightly high and no discount is offered. Well connected and near bus stand. But bath room water logging is there. Need to attend to this issue immediately. Break fast is not up to the mark. They can remove the break fast and reduce the tariff.

One of the best hotel in sourrounding area. We searched for a decent hotel in mayiladuthurai butdint find anything good. found this hotel though online and booked it. Hotel is opposite to old mayiladuthurai bus stop. So hotel location is very close to all shops and market. About the stay ,Good hospitality and clean ambience. Great service for the price.

A new hotel in Mayiladuthurai. Polite and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Toilets are very clean. Vegetarian restaurant in house. Food prices as well as room prices very reasonable. Breakfast complimentary with room. Situated centrally on pattamangala Street close to manikoondu. Right next to a department store. Good restaurants nearby.

A descent hotel to stay. Rooms were clean and Could get hot water in the early morning. Restaurant is not there now due to renovation. Else a good place to stay.

Excellent place to stay in Mayiladuthurai. They don't have an in house restaurant but there is one just a building away.

Very worst experience.. reception very unfriendly blank look.very poor quality breakfast struggling to supply even to few customers.got stuck-up in lift,most arrogant , unfriendly manager to help us.not even saying a sorry to the faults
