For a better roof top bar you cab have this place….

I have been going this since last couple of years and now fully roofed in the top with much area with silence and privacy as well

Quality food along with great ambience felt every time i am in the last few times

You can have the time with your loved ones and family at any time and the service also seems quite humble

I would recommend this for a best roof top bar

Stayed here three times over our month travelling around Kerela, the staff are super friendly, the bed is comfortable and nice big room, the shower is good and plenty of hot water. The food was good in the restaurant lots of choice. The pool is a nice area and good views. The bar is excellent lovely views at night when dark good selection of drinks. A special shout out to Vishnu Vijay the restaurant manager who gave excellent customer service for all our visits to the hotel thank you

Everything is good except the staff doesn't know Hindi and the front desk people doesn't know how to operate the system..our room was booked through the agent and upon reaching they can't find the room available under our name for half an hour ..that makes me pissed off..overall good

Really amazing place. The rooftop ozone is amazing. The hot chilly prawns with a cold beer is really amazing. Everyone please do try this. Id say this is the only and the best var in angamaly to nedumassery. If i case you have a flight do come here

One of the best hotel near by airport and good hotel to stay and enjoy your holiday. Best food with good service.

I visited about 3 so called 5 star hotels in Munnar, Alleppey and Kochi but was disappointed with the cleanliness of the surrounding areas on all of them EXCEPT for this hotel. It was throughly clean every nook and corner. The service was very good with special mention to Martin and Selva working in the evenings. The only critic is that they charged for hotel transfers otherwise very satisfied

Conspicuously superb in all aspects. Mr.Jisonz is very cooperative and productive. Place is very quiet. Will keep visiting this place often.

I recently stayed at AIRLINK - ROOM 516, and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the overall service was satisfactory, there were a few notable issues that affected my stay.

Firstly, the service provided by the staff was generally okay. They were polite and responsive to my requests, which was appreciated. However, I found the level of service to be somewhat lacking in terms of attention to detail and genuine warmth. It seemed as though they were simply going through the motions rather than going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

One major drawback was the unpleasant odor in the bathroom. It was evident that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, as there was a persistent smell of urine. This was quite off-putting and greatly affected my overall comfort during my stay. Improving the cleanliness and odor control in the bathrooms should be a priority for the hotel management.

Another aspect that left a negative impression was the complicated payment process. It should have been a simple and straightforward process, but unfortunately, it was unnecessarily convoluted. The hotel's billing system seemed outdated and confusing, making it difficult to understand the charges and complete the payment smoothly.

Despite these issues, there were some positives to note. The location of the hotel was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms themselves were generally comfortable and adequately furnished.

Overall, my experience at [Hotel Name] was a mixed one. While the service was acceptable and the location and room comfort were satisfactory, the persistently unpleasant bathroom odor and the complicated payment process left a negative impression. I would recommend that the hotel management address these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Airlink Castle, a 4-star property located conveniently close to Cochin International Airport. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and the friendly staff.

The hotel's location, right in front of the National Highway, makes it an ideal choice for those who need quick access to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a quiet and pleasant stay.

The breakfast at Airlink Castle is simple but tasty. While there aren't many spreads available and non-vegetarian options are limited to eggs, the food they serve is delicious. It would be great if they could add more non-vegetarian spreads to enhance the breakfast experience.

I must also mention the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff, including Mr. Jerry, Mr. Jaison, and others. They made sure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. Special kudos to Mr. Baiju, the GM, whose energy and dedication have undoubtedly contributed to the hotel's elegant reputation.

One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop bar. It had a unique ambiance and provided a great setting for gatherings. The food and cocktails were delightful, and the bartender, Mr. Arul, always went the extra mile to provide excellent service, accommodating any cocktail preferences I had.

I highly recommend trying their cheese cherry pineapple and pork fry, which offer a delicious taste of traditional flavors. The combination of tasty food, refreshing drinks, and a poolside ambiance made for a truly enjoyable experience.

While my stay was fantastic overall, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. The front office staff could work on being more prompt and attentive to ensure a smooth check-in process, especially during busy times.

To conclude, Airlink Castle exceeded my expectations with its wonderful amenities, attentive staff, and great location near the airport. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, this hotel is the perfect choice.
