Mylar Cafe & Catering Services

As a bangalorean it was difficult to find good south Indian breakfast for me in coorg, but Mylar cafe made my day, providing an amazing breakfast on a weekend getaway. Thank You Krishna Murthy sir and Shrinath sir.

One can have authentic thatte idly, masala dosa and fantastic coffee over here. The chutney and sambhar are really tasty. They have tie-up with shree comforts so we had breakfast over here.
The owners are really friendly and cool.
We enjoyed their food so clicked a selfie with them.

Dont judge a book by its cover… the place might be small but food is excellent and homely… no extra oil just like home food… go for it

Authentic taste, eco-friendly catering, cordial environment,hospitable hosts..... every cuisine was having different and finger licking delicious taste at low prices.Love to visit everytime when visit here . Amazing experience. Highly recommended😊

Good food, loved their idli chutney and masala Bhaat. Nice coffee.

This is a small family-run eatery serving idli, dosa, rice bath etc. We ordered onion dosa, masala dosa with tea and coffee. All were good.

Onion dosa was super yummy. It’s served on palm plates, neatly cut into 4 pieces like a pizza.

This is a self service eatery. After eating, you are expected to drop off your plates into a bin placed outside. A small wash basin is outside.

If you are expecting a fancy ambience- you will be disappointed. But, if you go here for food, you will be very happy. There’s no parking on the small road. So, be mentally prepared and go here to be delighted with good food.

This was a godsend when we were in Kushalnagar. A quick Google search with 4+rating filter led us here for dinner.

Looks like a little mess, cleanly maintained.

Service:
Self service. There is a sweet mute and deaf man who serve beverages, we loved interacting with him.

Food:
Masala dose was crispy and tasted good. But it was tomato rice that stole the show, I have never had a rice bath that good ever! A must try:)

Very soft Thatte idli and chutney was good . Rice bath pulav tasty. Overall recommend

Excellent place for vegetarian food.. we tried full meals [unlimited] and Palau. I CAN TELL YOU ITS MUST TRY PLACE IF U TRAVEL VIA KUSHALNAGAR .

Bengaluru folks.. listen..! When you are heading to madikeri have a stop at this hotel for a food that tastes homely.

Must eat - Idli chutney, Dose, Bisibele bath.

Thatte idly and Maddur Vada are the best.
We had masala dosa as well but it was very thick not everyone will like that.

It was bit crowded at 8 am itself. Maddur Vada is must try.

Tastewise and economically good destination at Kushalnagara..Best for south indian cousine..I had took my break fast two consecutive days from here..
Pongal,Thatte idli,Dosa and tea also nice..Food is served with plates made with aracanut leaf..

This seems to be a local favourite. Loved the soft thatte idli with chutney, and the Mangalore buns cooked to perfection.

Very tasty food for best price.

You can feel the place from outside itself..Reached the cafe at around 7:30 morning and already there were atleast 10-12 people eating bf ...Never tasted more soft idli than this..The chutney itself is so nice that you wont miss sambhar anyway..Vada is so delicious...Don't miss the coffee..Must visit place in Kushalnagar(Coorg)..

I found the folks doing the service for the sake of it and it definitely made the food being not cooked properly…

Idly Vada, Rice bath, Masala dosa and Mylar Special dosa were simply at it's best.. The place is little congested but the food being served was very nice. It was a very good start of our day without worrying much in search of good breakfast in Kushalnagar. Thank you Mylar Cafe!

It is the best place to eat authentic south indian dosa and rice meal. Everything in menu was exceptional in taste.
