The customer service in the place is a little lacking considering that it's outside of the city of Bengaluru, but the owner is really friendly and helpful. The staff, on the other hand, can come off as a little rude from time to time and none of them speak any English. Only one speaks Hindi, while the rest speak Kannada.

As far as the atmosphere is concerned, they've tried their best with whatever they could considering that the place is literally situated on a highway and not a lot of people come to the shop.

An amazing place with great brick oven pizza's and tasty shakes as well as ice cream's. Very friendly and courteous staff and fantastic ambience. Highly recommended for those who love pizza and thick shakes!

Very tasty Pizza, french fries , Nuggets and mocktail drinks. My family had a nice evening time spent with delicious snacks. Love to go back. The owner is very friendly and courteous.

Real good pizzas for real good prices! Don't waste any more money going to the week known Pizza chains and pay more to get pizzas with huge bases. The only thing which you may miss is non veg pizzas, but take my word, the veg ones really beat it off the blocks. I am yet to try their ice creams.

They also have very good customer service. Ask for Ravi. Pleasant, cordial and very helpful

San's deli gives you the varieties of coffee at reasonable price and the cafe is so clean .The staff is also very supportive and well behaved.

The coffee here is *the best* and not too expensive for the quality. They have an Italian espresso machine (Astoria) which pulls the best espresso shots. Significantly better than Coffee Day or Starbucks.

I was visiting Alliance University to drop my niece for an entrance exam and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding coffee.

The veg burger was pretty good too, as was the ice cream, but this is by far the best coffee you will find in a 10 km radius.
