Nice but costly

I had a sudden issue of simcard damage and I was charged 150 rupees. I later received message from my network provider-

"Your Sim Change request for your mobile number is completed. Retailer may charge you up to max Rs 25/- as his service charge for SIM change"

I am OBVIOUSLY not happy about the service.
Because it's not just me, many get overcharged here.
