Hello bhaiya as per details,humne 2019 mai apke yanha se blankets liye the 16000/- vala pack. Jesa ki apne mention Kiya tha after 5 years vo app return lenge uske behalf per ya to paise return honge or new product hum le sakte hai yahi option apne diya tha uss vakt. Toh ab applog ne abhi tk contact Kiya nahi or vo return kese hoga?

I bought the set in April. It has been 2 months. I have called more than 30 times but I haven't received my warranty card yet. They didn't send it with order , I don't know what was the reason. After that , I called them in every 10 days but listening new excuse everytime. Now they have stopped receiving my calls. I would recommend don't buy anything from these shop or don't pay until you get your warranty card with product itself. I am thinking to register a complaint against them.

Beware of these members they are selling products with 5 gifts however the cost of that products is very less in outside market.They are not returning advance giving number of reasons.Commitment of taking back products after 4 years 😉 don't believe.
