Hundafoss

A beautiful waterfall! We took the trail up the less travelled side (I think it is the west side) which I would definitely recommend! It is more of a trail through the woods rather than a busy tourisy wider trail. A must see on the way to the bigger falls!

You'll encounter this waterfall midway on the trail to Svartifoss

There is a great hike here that leads to a really cool waterfall! The waterfall has the "hexagonal" shaped rocks around it which creates a topography that looks like something out of a video game. Additionally the rivers, and paths are filled with a lot of natural beauty while you hike there. Definitely check it out if you have a chance.

Worth the hike, it feels like a struggle if you do not hike regularly but push through because Svartifoss is worth it and the view from the top is amazing.

Nice waterfall where, unlike Svartifoss and many other more popular waterfalls, you can step where you want and get as close as you like. You'll also not be annoyed by the crowd.It's along the svartifoss trail in the national park - I mean you won't miss it there's two sides of the trail that you can take and both pass by it. Really neat when we visited by the end of spring. There's a viewing platform on one side with straight forward view but unobstructed view i would.say and great photo ops will be on the other side by the cliffs.

Just another waterfall in Iceland.. when you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all but each one is different. There’s a bit of a walk on this one but it’s nothing to strenuous. If your active I would recommend taking the scenic route there as it’s a lot nicer. The main route is wide and has anti slip floor matting 80% of the way so people of all abilities can make it

Nice little mini waterfall on the way up to svartifoss, good spot to catch your breath and enjoy the views.

First waterfall you pass on the hike up to Svartifoss! It’s beautiful and worth a stop! Once you are here, Svartifoss is about half way away! Keep pushing along, it’s worth it!

On the trailhead to Svartifoss, you will pass Hundafoss at the midway point at the observation platform.

Tou will find it on the way to Svartinfoss.

Smaller one but hiking around is very nice even for easy hikers.

A nice waterfall that u should definitely have a look at.

This waterfall is inside Skaftafell/Vatnajökull National park and you can find it on the way to Magnúsarfoss and Svartifoss
