Fantastic delicious Italian food. I ate pasta with clams, it was delicious and btw very huge portion. We also took carbonara pasta with truffle….no words to describe how tasty it was! The service is very careful, the place is animated and pleasant. The gastronomic experience is above 5 stars, btw for a very cheap price compare to overcrowded Roma.

The food was amazing. The pasta was the best Carbonara we have ever had. Perfectly balanced truffle and pork. We had Calamari to start which was to die for. And to end, a gorgeous tiramisu which was perfect.

We could not fault the food whatsoever… other than we couldn’t eat anymore!!!

However, our amazing food was sometimes delivered by Julia. We were unfamiliar with some Italian dining traditions and hoped for guidance, but were met with a blunt and judgemental attitude. This made us hyper aware to the dirty looks and comments she made to her colleagues which were directed at us when we were only trying to be polite. We wanted to make an effort to conform to traditions and a language that we were less familiar with but instead were made to feel like stupid brits.

Regardless of this, all the other staff were wonderful. Overall, we had an AMAZING experience dining here and would highly recommend.

More than 5 stars! Fresh pasta and delicious fresh seafood. Local fish from the lake as well as special varieties. Reasonable prices for the food and great house wine for 8€/1L. Amazing atmosphere looking at the castle and friendly staff. They also helped translating the menu in English and gave good recommendations.

Amazing place. The Carbonara is creamy and the addition of truffle takes it to a new level. The house wine was equally the best house white I have ever had. Very reasonably priced and great service. Deservedly well rated.

My family and I shared a delicious traditional Italian meal under the moon and the stars and the most amazing view of the castle. It was cold outside but the fire burners and blankets meant we were all very comfortable and cozy. The warmth of the fires was only bettered by the warmth of the welcome and the staff were lovely and very attentive. Thank you! My family and I will be back.

This is a great place to have a lunch in the sun. Do remember to reserve a table, it fills up quickly.
Everything was delicious, especially the two bao variants: very interesting fusion dishes, I particularly liked the squid one.
Romanella wine complemented our meal nicely.

Great restaurant with fantastic views into the piazza and the castle. They had classic dishes and more interesting twists. Good quality produce, highly recommend the mushroom ravioli and all the seafood.

Definitely the best food we ate in Italy north to south. All fresh ingredients and wonderful flavours. Staff were friendly and the location at the foot of the castle was magnificent.

The food was extremely fresh and very delicious! As you can see, the desserts tasted as phenomenal aa they looked!! The woman who seems to own the place in part spoke fantastic English (she shared she had been to a few cities in the US a couple of times). Overall, one of the best meals we've had in Italy thus far!! If you're anywhere moderately close to Bracciano, I'd suggest a visit to the castle and dinner at this fantastic restaurant!

Excellent food' and very well prepaed staff. The owner is a very detailed oriented person who knows his stuff. Offers the traditional roman cuisine mains along with some other intersting dishes.

Fantastic restaurant in great setting below the castle. The waiters were very knowledgable of the produce , friendly and very accommodating . Food was fantastic the pastas are a generous size as well so might be worth sharing ! Reasonably priced would highly recommend.
