Peter Brunel ristorante gourmet

Excellent restaurant. Nice setting with garden view and friendly people. We had the tasting menu which was quite wonderful. The influence of Peter Brunels time in Peru showed and gave us tasting surprises. Very good wine pairing!

We were at this restaurant for lunch while on our honeymoon and were absolutely amazed by the amazing food, wine and service.

We were welcomed with a nice glass of champagne and some bites and decided to go with the chef's menu for lunch.
Both the regular menu and the vegetarian menu were very impressive, whereas in many Michelin star restaurants we experience the vegetarian menu to be disappointing. The dishes are innovative and tasty and were accompanied by great wines.
The desserts blew our minds and especially the vegetable dessert was one of the best we ever had.

Altogether it was an amazing experience. Definitely a must go for food lovers who are in the Garda lake region and better than many other Michelin options at the lake.

A paradisiacal, magical place. It was one of the most special experiences I've ever had and I will treasure it forever. Peter Brunel is a genius, a true artist. The food is absolutely incredible, and the place is truly beautiful. What a wonderful team, and what an incredible attention to every detail. This is truly a unique place. Passion at its finest. It was moving to witness such artistry and a joy to be there. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have lunch there and proud to have met a national treasure. Thank you from my heart.

We came to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday while we were on holidays in Italy from Australia.We thought that having a 3 year old daughter with us would be a challenge while visiting a fine dining restaurant. But we had an absolutely magical experience. All food combinations were very unusual but incredible. That’s definitely an art of cooking if you can make crème brûlée with foie gras or asparagus flavoured tiramisu taste incredible. The story of every dish and wine was fascinating and made experience even more exciting. And staff were extremely accomodating with our daughter: they said they’d cook her any food she wanted, they brought her pasta that she ate all and a special dessert from the chef. They also brought her chef’s daughters’ doll to play. And surprisingly 3 hour lunch in the restaurant was extremely enjoyable and our daughter enjoyed the experience as well. It was a very special experience that made my birthday unforgettable.

Somewhere in the middle of nowhere between Arco and Torbole you will find this place where you may not expect it. Excellent overall experience, you feel like being invited in a private home. The menu is somewhat complicated, but what comes to the table is exceptional and special, one Michelin Star does not tell the whole story. "Memories of Lofoten" is a Must. Extensive Wine list, take the Sommelier's advise for wine/food paring. You will not regret ist. Ample parking (you can charge your Porsche...). You will spend a wonderful evening.

Came here for my mother’s birthday and she loved that. Everything was perfect and delicious. The service was impeccable and I would highly advise this place.

Life is full of surprises. On our way to Nago Torbole we were looking for a good place to eat. We took the wrong turn and found PB restaurant. The place was full but somehow they managed to find some place for us. Amazing place with unique menu, drinks and wines. Unfortunately our kids were dissapointed that there was no pizza😀After leaving the restaurant we found out that the Chef was awarded Michelin star! and we would have to wait for the reservation for more than a week! We strongly recommend this place but maybe more for an adult-date evening rather than family dinner.

Our experience at Peter Brunel's restaurant was incredibly pleasant and enriching. More an experience, rather than a meal, our lunch was composed of a series of extremely curated, well presented and delicious dishes - from starter to dessert - introduced by visionary chef Peter Brunel himself. The atmosphere feels like home for how warm and friendly it is! Staff is caring, warm and knowledgeable, a real pleasure to be served by them. The wine selection is particularly sophisticated, with a keen eye on presenting and pushing forward local and independent wine labels. We wish all the best to this amazing chef and its team, for a well deserved success in the years to come!
