Brilliant service by Francesco and Claudio, super helpful and friendly. I rented a Basso Astra for 5 days - absolutely loved the bike and was fitted very well to my size. The area is fantastic for road cycling, excellent climbs (Bondone, Baldo, monte velo the famous ones) and plenty of variety - cycle paths and lakeside roads. I'd defiantly recommend Mandelli bike shop, hope I return one day !

A large group of us (a mix of ages, heights and weights) hired e-bikes and helmets from Mandelli Bike and had an amazing day cycling on a circular route (58km!) from Torbole, taking in the beautiful countryside along the cycle paths. The bikes are all brand new with 11 gears and 4 e-modes (Eco, Tour, Sport and Boost), really easy to ride and capable of many different terrains. We had a good briefing from Claudio and his team on each of the different brands before we set off. Even over that distance I only used a quarter of the battery capacity and my bike, a Lee Cougan, was great to ride. I can highly recommend Mandelli Bike for the quality of equipment and friendliness and service of the staff.

Mandelli bike is the place to go if you want high quality friendly and personal service. First time using an E bike for me and the staff could not have been more helpful, super friendly and knowledgable. We were a large group to cater for but the bikes are high quality and maintained to a high standard - and got us up the hills no problem the bikes are fab this is def the best bike shop ! I Just met the best guy in Garda lake. Perhaps in whole Italy. Claudio, the owner, is a very nice guy. A gentleman. We were just looking for bike shops. Trying with no sucess to rent a bike. By chance we entered his store and the rest is only this... we had the best day in our trip. The best cycling experience in our lives. Will come back for sure!

Garda is not a new place for me, I have been in the past and will probably return in the future.

My partner and I came to a bike shop (MANDELLI BIKE SHOP) after receiving excellent recommendations from riders we know.

In the store we found a professional team (Claudio, Giulia and Francesco) with a desire to provide service in any situation
Before each ride, we received tips on the road conditions and where it is recommended to ride according to our ability.

Did we want a cruise or a cable car? No problem, the staff enters the computer and orders us immediately.

The bikes and the other equipment we took were in excellent condition, there was not even the slightest malfunction during all three days of riding.

Therefore, my partner (Atara) and I (Yaakov) want to thank you and see you in the near future.

Excellent place to rent bikes. Excellent and well maintained bike and excellent service with a smile. We rented road bikes, electric mountain bikes and also a guide for one day.

We rent 4 full e-bikes: 3 Conways Xyron S and 1 Centurion No pogo for 6 days. Bikes were absolutely fantastic same as Mandeli team - always supportive, flexible and enthusiastic.
Thanks to them our mtb bike week was really great. Our focus was on amazing mtb trails surrounding Garda lake , rather than on equipment. Every evening we’re returning bikes for charging, checking and washing, so that next day morning they were ready to go. We found this option very convenient, especially due to office working hours: 7-19. Before each trail the personnel helped us to revise or improve our plans, to get best from it.
I highly recommend Mandeli Bike rental and certainly will use their service again, once I’m back there.

I would say this is the best place to rent a bike.
100% professional service and lovely people to deal with. The bike was better then I thought, the battery in the bike didn't go under 60% so I wasn't afraid that I will walk back to the hotel :).

Amazing service and knowledge of the area. I stayed in Lake Garda for a weekend and wanted to bike two days. They were able to give me a nice route for me to ride on my own and helped me with an amazing route after a shuttle. They also delivered a quality e-bike and gear. Highly recommend!

Popped into a few rental shops around Torbole, and Claudio and his team really stood out so went with them!! Great personality, really knowledgeable about the area and the bikes are high quality and at a good price. Couldn't ask for more really!! Will defo rent from again when back in Garda. If you are looking for a great place to rent an e-bike - you are at the right address! We rented two e-bikes for the whole day: the bikes were fully charged and perfectly regulated. We could also leave our car on a private parking for the whole day. And on top of that, the owner gave us some fresh and amazing sicilian tomatoes at the end of the day - thank you!

We just popped in for advice. The team were fantastic helped us with the monte Baldo cable car site, printed out tickets. Well worth the price of a cappuccino! 5 star place.

the Crazy Americans... lol we love the adventures and out of our 8 day trip to Italy this was our favorite day, we only had one day on this trip to down hill and it was raining... and raining hard, we decided we would go and just take it slower, the bikes where very good, I would recommend them to any of my travailing mountain bike friends

We had excellent experience! Staff was very helpful with selecting bikes for whole family. Bikes are of very good quality and choice at reasobable prices. We came back from trip in heavy thunderstorm, completelly wet, while outside still raining. Staff let us change to dry clothes in rear part of the shop. Whole experience was amazing. This place deserves 10 stars of 5!😁
