La Mingla

By far the best restaurant around Gardalake! The chef knows each little ingredient. Where it comes from (mostly local) and grows a lot of the vegetables and spices in his garden. He made our evening perfect and we will come back many many times! See you next year Chef!

We had the most delicious and innovative meal at La Mingla! Marco is a one man show who is remarkable at creating, preparing, and serving us guests his delicious food. We had the potato latkes and the smoked trout bruschetta followed by his spaghetti with sardines and margherita pizza. The atmosphere was lovely and romantic. Can’t wait to return! Bravissimo!!

We had three wonderful evenings here with very delicious food and wines during our one week stay in Gargnano! Everything from cooking to service is executed with utmost care and love to detail. Only fresh, local, natural high quality products cooked right to your order, perfetto!

A special Restaurant in Gargnano! Very friendly chef/ owner passionated for his cuisine, very nice talking, fresh, organic, healthy and very delicious food, familial atmosphere. Minus one point for the longer waiting time, but it is completely worth it, you will see.

Arrived after closing time, but the owner still made time for us. Had the best pizza ever and great local bear!
