Super friendly hosts! We celebrated new years eve in the restaurant, is was a delicious and abundant menu.

A stunning place with delicate cuisine that I bumped into completely by surprise. Have had some delicious Thai entrées, followed up by some tasty pasta using local mushrooms. Thank you for your hard work and passion in restoring and maintaining this beautiful place. If the opportunity comes up, it would be a delight to try out a fortnight stay !

Delicious pasta and local organic wine - we were the only people in the town it seemed - the owner was very friendly and welcoming! We didn’t try the Thai food but it sounded delicious too as others have mentioned. Definitely recommend if you’re stopping by!

Fantastic food and service! I was so surprised by the Thai food, everything made from scratch (also the spring rolls) And the Sicilian food was so fresh and tasty as well. The service was warm, they are genuinely happy to serve you their product, which they seem to be so proud of. And they should be. First time I feel this in Sicily, and I have been to 18 places since I arrived. At least . It’s the only place I want to come back to. I give I Templari my highest recommendation.

Local ingredients, with a personal touch from the chef who was very helpful too.
It’s a little out of the way but completely worth it, very good music and atmosphere. Will come back if I ever have the chance.

The food was nice, served by a welcoming waiter (who speaks English too). The prices are very cheap compared to the quantity and the quality. Appreciated the french words of the Chef, and the discussion. Quiet place, I definitely recommend it.

Best pasta we eat in Sicily!!! Perfect dishes made from local products - nuts, boletus, meat and cheese. Perfect place in an old castle, with garden and terrace, with a view to wintry mountains. Highly recommend!

Originally Vietnamese living in Palermo and have been to Thailand many times, I would say that at "I Templari", you will enjoy the most authentic Thai cuisine in Sicily. Everytime I want to eat Asian food, I make all the way from Palermo to Polizza.. highly recommended!!

Probably one of the best Thai food I ever ate. Strongly recommend the Thai appetizer and Tom Yum seafood soup!
