We were fortunate because we contacted the agency the day before and asked if they could possibly show us some houses since we were going to be staying near there for a day. They were very professional, had excellent communication, and were able to show us several houses within our price range and every one of the houses was a good opportunity for my family. I greatly appreciate the team there in helping us look at the properties and look forward to working with them on a home purchase and property services. We were looking for a holiday house in Sicily since pre-COVID and found Cianciana My House. When we finally managed to travel and visit the town, Joe and his boss were very helpful and showed us many interesting properties and answered all our questions.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, English speaking and professional agency. Tell them what your budget, ideas or needs are and they will show you a range of relevant properties with no hard sell. End to end help with purchase including liaising with seller and with notary and handling all financial transactions. Any queries I had were responded to and dealt with quickly. They will also set up your council tax, water and electricity services and bills post purchase, and also offer a range of services like builders, cleaners and even people to do your laundry! They've been doing it for a very long time and know exactly what they're doing - I bought a house using these guys and it was very smooth indeed. Completely trustworthy and highly recommended.

The guys at My House were amazingly helpful in every way. They showed us multiple properties in and out of town and provided a thorough information, advice and support. Also, thanks to Joe who is an English speaker, it was definitely the best experience we’ve had searching for a Sicily property.

Joe is a great estate agent. He's no frills and no BS and will tell you what work needs to be done on the place and put you in contact with people who can fix it as such. His English and Italian are perfect so nothing will get lost in translation, and he very carefully and patiently went over the legal, tax and fiscal arrangements needed for buying a house here. Alfonso is very friendly and depsite the language barrier, very charming, knowledgeable and entertaining as well. With both of them, you really are on to something good when you check out the houses in Cianciana.

Writing this review in English to facilitate foreign investors. Cianciana small , charming and open minded community it’s a hidden real estate gem.
I’ve learned about it via US tv channel and have no regrets I’ve relocated here. Bought two properties using MyHouse services.
