Great menu, both tasting and a la carte options. Server was fantastic, knowledgeable about the dishes and very personable. The shop across the street had some great products that are used in the restaurant and lots of info on local events. Would definitely like to try the restaurant upstairs by the same chef.

Ok. Is wow enough? I don’t think so. David is definitely a master of his art. We took the tasting menu (8 courses) and had some 4-5 more just brought to us complements of the chef. Some of the dishes were just very good and others were amazing like the fuagra with strawberry jam and rocket in a pita bread and the lamb chop with salted lemon curd and carrot puree. And the soufflé desert for 2 was one of the best desserts we have ever had.
David the chef was super friendly, came out and talked to us and all in all it was an experience we will remember.

One of my favourite restaurants in Piemont. Located 20 minutes by car from Alba in Canale. Chef Davide Paluda serves amazing food in a very nice setting. The dishes can be described as refined Piemontese classics with a twist. The focus is really on taste here. Wine list is nice with a strong focus on local wines such as Nebbiolo and Arneis. The prices here will surprise you as you get the highest quality for very fair money. Highly recommended place, I was here 4 times.

Great meal and friendly Chef. Pity the place looked like a kennel for dogs as several tables came with their pets.

We had diner in the restaurant All'Enotace and I can say this is one of the best restaurants I have been to in the last years. Very nice food with subtle play between sour and sweet. Also combinations which I would not think of but turned out very nice. We took the wine-pairing and I can say that it was spot-on. We will surely return when we are back in the region.

Excellent presentation of classic regional dishes served in an innovative and very well executed by Davide Palluda. Highly recommended when visiting Piemonte. This is a foodie heaven👌

Great cuisine - if you are less than 2500km away, slightly modify your route and stop by. It's worth it.

Food, the best around!!

I don't remember the name of my various dishes from the menu, but it was something like "From hooves to head" consisting of what you normally don't eat, though I eat pig legs and sheep head.
Both food and wine was great. However I had a long conversation with Mr. Palluda after the meal about what fantastic pieces of meat you can find on any animals head and fish head as well.
I really enjoyed our conversation and the extra glass of Arneis :-)

Absolutely brilliant, Great food, refined, prepared to perfection, combined with a wine list that has some interesting trouvailles by the glass and almost everything produced in the region by the bottle.

My favourite restaurant ever! Go for the big one (Supresa) and let them choose wine for you.
