During our enchanting six-day stay, we were graciously granted the flexibility of a later check-out, allowing us to savor our room until 7pm instead of the usual 11am. Our experience was nothing short of magical, and a special note of gratitude goes to Giada. Her warm welcome and unwavering assistance with our inquiries showcased her as a truly kind and loving individual. Beautiful hotel with amazing stuff always looking after you. The food was amazing With a variety of choices.
The staff was really nice even when we arrived we were offered a free early check in. When we left we also had a free late check out (at 12pm instead of 10am).
The water in the pool and hot tub was very warm and nice.
The prices are very good and realistic for a 5 star hotel in alps.
Recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing and nice holiday with an amazing view.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now. While most people stay there for a day or two, we tend to stay at the hotel for a week/just under the week. It is a perfect hotel if you want to snowboard during the morning and then relax in picturesque saunas, pools and Jacuzzis. We loved the penthouse and alpine Lodge with the jacuzzi.
Yes, the place is very Instagrammable, and you will find all types of 'influencers' there; and yes, you will see a lot of people taking A LOT of pictures. But, we simply didn't care as we just focused on enjoying our holiday.
The hotel has beautiful rooms and beautiful views. The staff is just fantastic. Big kudos to Omar (the chef) who tailored perfectly to my dietary needs, and even sourced alternative ingredients for me. And the food was just fantastic! Elena and the other lady (I sadly forgot her name) are just AMAZING! We cannot leave withour giving them a huge hug! They are very friendly and I love seeing them every year. The sax is is lovely and a great feature to the hotel. The staff is very attentive and attention to detail is amazing. The marketing team is clearly on point.
My minor suggestion would be to give some recognition to returning customers (especially those that stay for a longer period of time) and a small recognition to those that celebrate a significant milestone in their lives (an this hotel has a lot of those!). And perhaps post more real guest experiences, as the era of exactly the same looking i'influences' is coming to an end.
Most importantly, we are definitely considering Chalet al Foss our annual tradition;)

One of the best places i have been in my life. The pool is such an experience. It was raining and freezing temperatures but the pool was heated perfectly. The food is okay not many varieties but good enough.

Gorgeous hotel and perfect for couples to getaway, relax and enjoy the spa and nature. We started our honeymoon at Chalet Al Foss and it was just what we needed to unwind after the busy and hectic week spending with friends and family for the wedding. We both have bad motion sickness though so the last 30 minute drive to the hotel was very rough as it was very narrow and curvy. We both felt very sick when we arrived to the hotel but thankfully the staff was accommodating and they gave us a welcome champagne and also helped us with the luggage from our car to bring directly to our rooms for us. Thankfully we were also able to book a massage as that was very needed from our rough travel there. The hotel has a great view of the mountains and many of their rooms have a balcony view. There are a lot of different experiences you can also book at the hotel such as private pool aperitif, breakfast with alpacas and private dinner by the pool. We booked aperitif in the pool and the pool is heated! We had a restful time there that we ended up staying two nights instead of one. We didn’t leave the hotel at all. We enjoyed the hot sauna and ordered both dinners through room service. Breakfast was also included with the stay and it’s all you can eat but you order what you want with a server instead of buffet style which I really liked. My favorite was the fresh made juices and sliced cut fruit. Everything was so fresh and delicious! My husband loves anchovies and I find them absolutely disgusting but the presentation made them actually look appetizing to me haha! We got the bolognese which was good and we also liked their soup of the day which was zucchini soup. Our stay was perfect for couples who just wanted to relax and stay at the hotel and do nothing. One downside is there is music playing all day and they stop around 10pm. You can hear the music even when the doors are closed. I didn’t mind it too much since I like that kind of music and felt it added to the overall vibe but if you don’t like the deep house kind of music then this wouldn’t be a good idea for you. I did wish they would stop the music earlier though as I felt 10pm was late.

I don’t have enough good words to describe this wonderful hotel & staff. Everyone is so amazing & everyone goes above and beyond their duties. The services are so personable I almost feel like the only guest in this hotel. I honestly feel like this is comparable to a Four Seasons hotel, if not better.
This is absolutely the best experience I have in all of my travels throughout Italy. Get the Alpin suite with two floors and thank me later. This hotel is a dream & every single staff should be commended for their great work.

It was one of the best experience for us. I would rate it 9 out 10. The alpaca were so lovely and cute. The best location of hotel, nice view. It was a very good breakfast. The room was amazing as well. Staff was welcoming and nice. Samba is the hardworking employee in the hotel who does everything there.

Please add some hangers near the shower. People need to hang their towels.
We did not like the local restaurant but everyone has own taste.

We will definitely go back to your hotel very soon.

Our stay at Chalet Al Foss was truly amazing. We loved all the details and the different areas of the Chalet. There are 3 different restaurants in the Chalet which give you choices. The staff is also incredible. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed here with my wife and it was perfect from start to finish. Actually, even before, because I had contacted the hotel weeks ago and they were very polite and helpful with all my inquires. The service from the staff is top notch and they were very accommodating, even with last-minute requests. They go above and beyond so that you have a special time. Everyone of them.
And the hotel, the pool, hot tubs, the views, the vibe... Everything is 10/10. We loved it and would love to stay again in the future. Grazie mille, Chalet Al Foss!

I am still having my last breakfast in this superb hotel and I am super happy that I chose it to celebrate my 10 years anniversary.
We stayed in two different rooms and I loved both. The "Chalet Charme" room it's really a charm and you can have a shower enjoying a beautiful view!! The "Alpin Lodge" with a private jacuzzi is just the perfect way to have a romantic day and celebrate an important date.
I have only good things to say about the staff and service. They all made our stay even more memorable.
The massage and the spa area is amazing. I know the outdoor pool is the most well know space, but we loved the indoor pool as well.
The food is just delightful, we enjoyed the dinner in the "Menu Tipico" restaurant, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of savory and sweet food.
You will listen to music during the day, so the atmosphere is vibrant and joyful.
One last thing, I would like to thank the owner who was very understanding and kind with us.

Been coming here for the past 7 years. Amazing and clean rooms,great service, friendly staff, lots of food, baby friendly, picturesque spa with great views and lots of options, short drive from the slopes. Every year there is a surprise - something new, unique and beautiful to improve the experience. This year it was a large outdoor sauna with a huge window to provide a view of the mountains. Can't wait to see the future surprises.
