A villa rich with history built in 17th century! Wonderful place to house friends and love ones for wonderful weekend gathering. You can also arrange personal chef to cook up a nice pizza dinner, or bbq meat or prepare a wonderful breakfast befitting of Italian dukes and royalties!

Fabulous place to stay the views are breathtaking. Alice was a brilliant host made us feel at home straight away.

We had room 81 and loved it, very boutique vintage style which we loved. The shower was brilliant.

Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice and homemade preserves, we sat out on the patio soaking in the views.

We only stayed two nights wish it had been longer. We had an early start for the airport and Alice had prepared a breakfast tray for us which was much appreciated.

For true Tuscan scenery and hospitality we would recommend staying here. The drive down to it is a bit bumpy but well worth it.

Would definitely stay again

This is typical Tuscan house, old yet Warmly decorated, in a very quiet environment with nice views on the vineyards. I must say I'm quite surprised to see the comment about the breakfast. I found it actually very generous, with good home made bread, jams and great black coffee (and it's included in the price).
This is a great guesthouse to rest with your partner. Alice, Carlo and Pietro are very thoughtful and will have plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area.

We held a beautiful wedding in this dreamy farmhouse, we enjoyed relaxing family vacation and it was close to many beautiful cities e.g. Firenze, Vinci, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena.

A beautiful place to stay, relax and enjoy the italian way of life in the countryside. The host Alice is very nice and welcoming, the house is very cozy and the vineyards around the property are lovely to take a romantic walk through!

Of you're going to Tuscany, please stay here! Alice is an amazing host.

Friendly clean, beautiful

Acquapietra est une chambre d'hôtes très agréable perdue dans les vignes de San Casciano in Val di pesa. Le lieu est très calme... Il fait bon vivre dans cette vieille bâtisse typique de la région Chianti.
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et 3 jours. Acquapietra est assez centrale est permet de rayonner facilement entre Florence et Sienne et ainsi découvrir la beauté de la région, les villages perchés sur leur mont et les saveurs du Chianti classico et des plats locaux.
La patronne est au petit soin pour ses hôtes et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition d'un coin cuisine collectif bien équipé pour cuisiner soi même.

Casa colonica immersa tra le vigne. Vista mozzafiato da tutti i lati. Ospitalità toscana in un ambiente originale, con molti oggetti vintage e stile eclettico. Colazione italiana ricca e genuina. Ottimi consigli dei titolari.
C'è una strada sterrata di circa 2km, fattibile, ma da sapere.

Un coin de paradis aux abords de la vallée du Chianti.
Le cadre est sublime et l’accueil est encore meilleur. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison.
Alice est très présente et ses conseils sont de l’or pour visiter la Toscane.

Prima volta in questa struttura,tutto come da descrizione,perfetto in ogni dettaglio! Camere accoglienti,pulite e ben curate. Fantastica la proprietaria che ci ha ben accolti. Paesaggio stupendo,si hanno solo vigne e natura tutt’intorno. Di sicuro riprenderemo in considerazione di tornarci.

וואוו, וואוו, וואוו, איזה מקום מדהים, מוקף בנוף ירוק ויפה. Giuila שקיבלה את פנינו הייתה נעימה, ובכלל התקשורת איתה גם לפני ההגעה וגם לאחר ההגעה לוילה היא הייתה זמינה עבורנו.
הוילה עצמה גדולה מרווחת וכל אחד מצא את מקומו אבל גם בילינו יחד במרחבים המשותפים. מומץ מאוד להגיע ולחוות חוויה טוסקנית אמיתית.

Posto fantastico per attività stage sportivi, feste o semplicemente relax con amici. Personale professionale e gentile. Luoghi puliti. Da non perdere!

Il posto ideale per chi è alla ricerca di una struttura incentrata sull'accoglienza familiare, dove godersi la pace e la bellezza del posto e sentirsi a casa al tempo stesso. Spero di tornarci in futuro
