Trattoria 3.0 I Siciliani in Cucina

Got a table in 5 minutes when it was super busy. Everyone was understanding- menu in all languages. Service was impeccable and food super delicious and traditional. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for the local experience. There’s also 20% for lunch!

This restaurant is worth the visit. The service is very attentive and kind. Not fast, but charming. The pasta and salads are really good. So is the rest of the menu judged by trial (we were three eaters) and by looking at the plates of other guests. What was really bad was that my tuna was dry as a bone. What was really great: When I politely complained the staff was really apologetic and really made up for it with a discount and a free amaro. And this is what I really liked about this place. Something went wrong (the terrace was full with guests), and they have realised that a dry fish does not meet their requirements. My five stars for the human touch!

We ate very well, delicious spaghetti festa del mare and a busiate con pesto. The waiter is very sympathetic although telling me that it’s hard for an Italian to accept that I love to add parmigiano on my spaghetti festa del mare! Hahaha
We recommend and will return to try other dishes!

Pasta was perfect. Really enjoyed it. We are American and they did their best to communicate. They had a QR code for the English version menu but would not let us on the Wifi to open the menu. Other than that, it was fantastic. We will be back again this week.

The best traditional Sicilian food we have had in San vito. And the interior design is so beautiful, so cosy & feels like homlie 😍 - highly recommend this small beautiful restaurant

Casual pizzeria but with an excellent Margherita with crunchy crust (even on the bottom). Would walk past it many times but it is worth stopping
