Rifugio Passo Incisa

A warm and friendly shelter when the weather was not the best today. The hot chocolate was out of this world; no milk, simply chocolate that was warm and in liquid form. Surely the best in the region. If you have to choose a place to take 5 when skiing, this place is for you.

Friendly and professional staff. The food is of the highest quality and the choice of wines is enviable.
I recommend everyone to make a pit stop at the Incisa hut, otherwise you will miss a highlight in the dolomites and alta badia!

We stayed overnight on a quiet day where the weather was shall we say atmospheric, and were the only guests staying. We had wonderfully attentive service from Steven who made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, the food was very good, especially the mushroom fusilli and the ghoulash, and the local wine.

Doing the Alta Via 2 trek. I stayed here for Day 2. The place is clean! Good towels, blanket, and bed. Tap water is drinkable. Good free WiFi. Food had good portions and tasty!

We always like to stop here for a cappuccino and a tiramisu. Their kaiserschmarren are great as well.

gruppo Sella davanti e sul retro sul monte
Civetta. Il cibo è davvero buono e per non farsi mancare nulla sono da provare le grappe di loro produzione!
Tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e molto accogliente - Super consigliato!

Dopo qualche anno decidiamo di tornare in questo piccolo ma bel rifugio e scopriamo con piacere che la gestione è cambiata. Servizio eccellente e cortese, piatti ottimi e molto curati nella qualità e nella presentazione. Miglior Kaiserschmarrn fino ad ora assaggiato. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità e al servizio. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ritornato dopo anni ai Pralongia', in posizione tranquilla ho ritrovato questo rifugio con menù di piatti tipici ma più raffinati. Musica soft e non invasiva. Da provare la grappa all'albicocca con il frutto. Personale simpatico. Prezzi adeguati.

Materie prime di alta qualità, questo si percepisce in ogni piatto, insieme alla gentilezza e la cordialità del titolare e di tutto lo staff. Noi abbiamo provato il carpaccio di cervo, davvero super, l'hamburger ottimo e la salsiccia squisita. Il tiramisù, davvero una chicca. Molto ma molto meglio di altri blasonati rifugi dell'alta Badia. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Atmosfera calda e piacevole, e questo l’ho trovata anche in altri locali. Piatti gustosi e curati, e questo l’ho trovato anche in qualche altro locale. Il sorriso, ecco, questo l’ho trovato raramente. Consigliato a tutti quelli che desiderano un locale accogliente, buon cibo e soprattutto sorrisi autentici. È’ stato il modo più bello x iniziare l’anno, grazie!

Die Incisa Lodge ist eine eher kleine aber feine Hütte in sehr schöner Lage und etwas abseits vom Trubel. Sehr schöne Sonnenterasse! Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vom Chef wurden wir bei unserem ersten Besuch begrüßt als wären wir Stammgäste.
Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und liebevoll präsentiert. Hier stehen eindeutig Genuss und Geschmack im Vordergrund und das gelingt sehr gut. Wer Wert auf ein sehr gutes Essen aus regionalen Zutaten und teils in Bio Qualität legt, der ist hier richtig. Wer nur auf große Portionen für wenig Geld und ungeachtet der Herkunft und Qualität aus ist, wird vielleicht eher woanders glücklich.
Wir jedenfalls kommen sehr gerne wieder.
