has developed from a small company into a global player.
But it's still very familial.
Service is top and uncomplicated via Whatsapp, no unnecessary tickets like other companies.

For me, the decisive factor in buying my two machines was that they could be specially adapted.
Different size, no problem, different electronics, no problem.

The other manufacturers always only have one size and that's it...

The employees are really committed and know how to build stone machines. And they are really nice

And what really impressed me personally is that this company actually produces a large part of it itself.
This is really a real metalworker with countless CNC machining centers.
The machines are still made of stainless steel, not just plastic like the other companies

Other companies just screw things together and everything has to be bought. If a special gear is needed, that doesn't work.

Ich habe letztes Jahr eine Globo 5 Achs Maschine gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden!

Die Firma hat sich bestens um mich gekümmert! Ich wurde nach San Marino eingeladen und durfte dort die Produktion begutachten (Danke an Simone und Christian :-)). Der gesamte Maschinenkorpus ist sehr präzise gefertigt.
Mein Wunsch war es, die Maschine noch vor Weihnachten in Betrieb zu nehmen. Selbst das hatte EmmeDue möglich gemacht.
Ich danke hier Fillipo der ein super Job gemacht hat!!!
So konnte ich über die Weihnachtszeit/ den Jahreswechsel hinweg üben und anfangen zu Produzieren.

Dann kam ein weiterer Monteur, Luca, der mir alles im Detail nochmals erklärte, die Werkzeuge final eingestellt hat und sich richtig viel Zeit nahm mir alle Details der Maschine zu erklären.
Das bekommt man nicht bei jedem Hersteller! Vielen herzlichen Dank auch an Luca!

Die Bedieneinheit ist sehr einfach zu verstehen. Ich bin glücklich!

Heute, wenn ich eine Frage habe, kann ich ganz einfach einen Ansprechpartner anrufen, der sich sogar auf die Maschine schaltet, und mir SOFORT hilft. Das ist exzellentes Kundenmanagement!

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with Emmedue Marble and Granite Machinery. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential customers against making a similar mistake. I acquired a used 2015 5 Axis CNC Bridge Saw with very low hours, with the expectation of a reliable performance and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from that. From the moment I received the machinery, it has consistently underperformed, and I have encountered numerous issues. What's more disheartening is that when I reached out to your customer service department seeking assistance, the representative was extremely rude and did not want to listen to what I had to say about the issue. What's even more disheartening is that he started to yell at me and then hung up the phone on me, called back 2 min later he hung up the phone without any warning or resolution to my inquiry. I was left stunned by the sheer disrespect and unprofessionalism I encountered. After several attempts to resolve the issues, I am left with a sense of frustration and disappointment. It is my sincere advice to anyone considering purchasing machinery to steer clear of Emmedue Marble and Granite Machinery based on my experience. I hope this message serves as a warning to potential customers who are seeking quality products and reliable customer support.
