I purchased with shipping abroad and my experience was possitive. One item was an preorder and another was backorder. The preorder kit appeared as far its become available in Europe and earlier than some other stores :) but I had to wait a little bit longer for backorder kit.
When I had a question I got an answer fast.
The store send me a message before shipping to confirm the address, since some time has passed, what is nice.
Great options of figures and kits and best prices.
While preordering an item you have to be aware that the date may change since factory may delay the release date or sometimes EU have to wait for the second batch.
