A wonderful 10 day experience. Hospitality, cleanliness, quality breakfast, genuine service , family led business who care about their customers. I would highly recommend and will return for another stay without a doubt!

Very nice and quite place to be!!!!! With a great swimming pool! Sun umbrellas are missing! We joined a 6-course-dinner with corresponding wines from the vinery: FANTASTIC. We loved the views from the pool and the quite surrounding.

A beautiful B&B/hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, fantastic shower and water pressure, peaceful, infinity pool, great breakfast, surrounded by vineyards, 6 minutes to the beach, 6 minutes to restaurants, rolling hills as a backdrop and soon they will have completed a spa room. They also have wine tours followed by dinner. Just amazing.

Lovely family run hotel at the Sicily countryside. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it from two days to three days. Pool was also really nice and during our stay we were only ones using the pool. So relaxing!

During our stay we did day trips to tourist destinations like Scala dei Turchi and Valle dei Templin. After buzzling day at the tourist "trap" it was always really nice to come to this quiet and relaxing accommodation.

As it is located at the countryside, it is recommended to have a car. Property has lots of parking space, so parking will not be a problem. There are no restaurants at the walking distance, but few kilometers away is a really nice beach with good restaurant like Il Canaima.

On one evening we had a vinery tour including 5-course dinner. This was superb experience and we can warmly recommend it.

We visited the hotel for dinner and to see the winery. From start to finish it was a truly authentic experience. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We had a set menu which was made up of a variety of traditional Sicilian dishes washed down with their homegrown red and white wine. We never once had to ask for a top up, the hosts made sure everyone had a full glass. The tour itself was short but interesting and our host Benina did a good job of delivering the tour in English. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone - great location, great food, great wine and lovely people.

We arrived at then planned due to our car breaking down. The hotel couldnt of done more for us dinner was served (delicious) with wine pairings followed by a beautiful quiet room.

The pool is magnificent. I wish we had booked another couple of nights here. Fully intend revisiting next spring/fall.

We had an amazing time at the Baglio Caruana. Many thanks to Benina the host of the wine tour and the dinner experience in the vineyard hall. Though we didn't know how much the dinner menu will cost, we signed up anyway and where overwhelmed by the courses - I counted 6. And with the 40€ each it was appropirate including the accompanying wines. Room was clean and well equipped. Totally recommendable!

it was a sort vacation, so i have only one night there but it was very good.
clean, hospitality all very good and it is also a winery so its perfect

Wonderful place, great hosts, delicious wine,... i could go on forever, why you should stay at this place, but just find out by yourself. we will definitly come back.

Ottima sistemazione tra i vigneti a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge della riserva di Torre Salsa. Spettacolari la piscina e la SPA a disposizione dei clienti. Simpatici ed ospitali i gestori e la loro famiglia. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Abbiamo anche partecipato alla cena con degustazione e visita della cantina, si coglieva la passione dei titolari per la buona cucina siciliana, la coltivazione della vite e la vinificazione. Sicuramente ci torneremo

Oasi di pace e relax per staccare dalla vita quotidiana, questo posto ti fa sentire come a casa. La cena con degustazione di vini e cibi ottimi è da provare. Piscina spettacolare, colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, pulizia delle camere e gentilezza dei proprietari fanno di questo luogo un piccolo gioiello incastonato nella zona della favolosa riserva di Torre Salsa.

Posto incantevole in mezzo ai vigneti, curato nei dettagli e attenzione al cliente. Ottimo come punto di appoggio per le varie escursioni , al ritorno troverete un atmosfera di relax e del buon vino😁

È stata per la seconda volte un’esperienza molto bella.
Le camere sono accoglienti, arredate con gusto e spaziose, la cena siciliana con degustazioni dei loro vini fantastica. Wine resort di lusso con un’atmosfera familiare. Anche la visita guidata in cantina molto interessante. La traduzione in inglese era professionale. 😁 Grazie e complimenti a Roberto e Benina

I have to give 5 stars because there are not 6 or many more.
The hosts and their entire team are wonderful, the welcome is warm and the attention is exquisite.
The place is a dream, with elaborate and delicious cuisine, an unbeatable view and a pool that will leave you speechless.
The evening exploring the cellars and the dinner that follows are an unbeatable immersive experience.
The rooms are spacious and always clean and tidy.
I left with a heavy heart, but I am sure I will return.

Per chi ama la tranquillita' e' il posto ideale. I padroni di casa sono due persone molto simpatiche e sinceramente ospitali. Splendida la piscina. Squisita la cena con degustazione di vini di loro produzione. Sicuramente torneremo

In questo baglio immerso fra le vigne, a poca distanza dalle spiagge mozzafiato della Riserva Naturale di Torre Salsa, abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza calorosa, e una sistemazione in camere comode con una splendida piscina a disposizione.
Si possono anche assaggiare i vini prodotti dall'azienda di famiglia, squisiti quanto l'ospitalità dei padroni di casa.
