ADLER Spa Resort SICILIA

We stayed here exactly a year ago and for the whole year we warmly remembered our vacation. Everything was great: the aromas, the location, the assortment of breakfasts and dinners, the service, the opportunity to take an electric bike, a separate quiet beach, few people, peace and quiet. The best place to relax and take a break from the bustle of the city! We are planning to visit all the hotels in the chain 🫶🏻 (This year we went to Sardinia, which we regretted greatly, because we perceive everything through the prism of Adler)

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. Chose to spend a week here in September 2023 after my wife had another great experience at other Adlers. The hotel itself is beautiful, it is of course still very new with wonderful facilities (pools, spa, gym etc). The rooms are large and comfortable. The private beach area is beautiful and the grounds surrounding the hotel are superb for walks, cycling.

Of course, to have such great nature around you the hotel is rather out of the way with nothing really within walking distance (if you walk along the beach for 20 mins you will get to another small beach resort). The majority of the “major” tourist attractions of Sicily are located quite far away.

Service was overall good - we found English wasn’t that well spoken there (which we actually liked). Would definitely stay again should we visit Sicily again.

Adler Spa Resort Sicilia is likely the best hotel in Sicily, surpassing expectations. Set in a nature reserve, it offers luxurious rooms, excellent wellness facilities, and delicious food at reasonable prices. With superb architecture, lighting, and attention to detail, the overall experience is exceptional, making it a top choice for luxury and relaxation.

This place is extraordinary. Not only is the scenery surrounding the hotel just impossibly lush and photogenic, almost capturing every image one would associate with Italy - vineyards, beaches, mountains, orchards - but the staff are immensely professional and cater to everyone’s needs incredibly well. We went with two children but this is perfect for a family holiday, a couple’s holiday or even a solo holiday. It’s just the perfect mix of culture, outdoors, spa & relaxation, food, and scenery, all complete with perfect service.

The spa is good, but my only complaint about this resorts is that one of my treatments that was supposed to last 50 minutes lasted less then 40 considering we started a bit a later and the masseur rather than making up for the lost time, even ended the treatment a little early. Even though I brought it up to someone at the spa, I didn’t receive any refund or complementary product or treatment.

Perfect resort, located on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean sea, rooms are spacious and comfortable, facilities have everything you can imagine including SPA, pools, sauna, very nice private beach, e-bikes, Gym, good food.

I recently had the most enchanting stay at this magical seaside hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and having access to a stunning private beach made it a true paradise. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and made our stay memorable. The rooms were not only very comfortable but also exuded a modern charm. The sunsets were spectacular! The pool and spa areas are magnificent and very relaxing. It was a magical experience that I'll cherish forever! I will definitely be returning.

Wow, what a place!!! Beautiful Hotel located on a hill in front the sicilian sea. The room are wonderful, large with a fantastic bathroom. Our room was just in front the garden. SPA offers all possible services you can look for. Restaurant is an high quality one. Obviously the price is aligned with the top level offered by the structure. If you can, go!!!!

An absolutely incredible experience staying at Adler. The property spans across a gorgeous nature reserve. The rooms are of the highest quality, the food is incredible from breakfast to lunch, and the sea is beautiful. The gym is great, and the staff is all incredibly friendly. A great experience and will definitely come back one day! A perfect relaxing getaway.

Everything about this hotel deserves 5 stars. We were half board - which I think is the only choice you get. Don’t be put off by this. There is a different dinner menu every night, and breakfast is also varied. The overall offering makes what might seem like an expensive holiday actually really good value. The rooms are lovely, Dinner is superb, the resort is outstanding and the service is excellent.

Location wise, its close to the valley of the temples. The Hotel arranges a trip there and its well worth the money.

So… lets start with the overall resort.

There are two lovely pools and a very warm outside spa. Although it was full we never once had a problem finding a bed by whatever part of the pools it grass you wanted. The rooms are built in small rows and blend into the surroundings beautifully. I suspect you couldn’t see them from a helicopter! Nothing is high rise.

The gym and treatment area are excellent and there is also a special warm pool thats meant to be good for you (but I cant remember why). The treatments are not cheap, but the staff are excellent.

More specifically:

The room is well equipped, comfortable and roomy, with a lovely bathroom/dressing area. Despite being a busy hotel, they are also very private.

The food was really good. I was very worried when i realised we had booked half board, but wrongly so. There are no ghastly pre-heated courses getting stale under heat lights. Some of the salads and starters are buffet style if thats what you fancy, but there’s a different menu every night, and its prepped and brought to your table. The local wines are also very good.

Breakfast is buffet style, but there is a huge selection, including salads and fruit.

Lunch isn’t in the deal but… my word its good. For €21 you could have a three course lunch with some beautiful fresh fish.

The pre-organised activities are displayed in reception and in your pack, they are easy to book and not bad value.

The pools are beautiful and very relaxing. Theres a little ice cream kiosk at the bottom of the sunbathing area. I challenge you not to try one at least once on your stay.

The service was lovely. The owners clearly take pride in training their staff. We were very impressed.

The beach is a bit of a slog away but they do have a golf trolly to take you most of the way if you don’t fancy the walk. It’s worth it. There are lots of beds, there are towels available and the sea is very inviting.

We are staying here now and wow, it is superb. It's pricey, but feels appropriately priced because it's so nice.

The rooms are large, modern, have a nice natural feel. The views are excellent, and the architecture, with rooms hidden in hills is fantastic.

The food is really first class, maybe the best European breakfast we've had, and dinner is a mix of buffet and fine dining. The the seafood night on Thu was exceptional, all you can eat sashimi in addition to the fine dining.

There are multiple pools, including heated salt water, and cool sweet water.

Access to the beach is easy, private, in the middle of a nature reserve, amazing.

Gym is top notch, it had everything you can want. Loads of programs to go on, we just did two holes today with Adriano who is an excellent guide.

Service is first class, really impressed by the quality, training and experience of the staff.

Love everything, would come here again.

The property lives up to the 5 star luxury reputation of Adler Spa Resorts. The staff is 100% the friendliest and kindest people you will ever meet. I have been to their properties in Ortisei and Tuscany, but Sicily is by far my absolute favorite. The location is amazing on a pristine beach and nature preserve. You can relax all day in the spa or join in tons of activities from Yoga, Personal Training, Biking, Hiking, Beach, or Wine tasting. Its the furthest southern point of Italy, but worth the trek I promise you.

After a long few weeks touring east Sicily we decide to make time for ourselves. A little pampering and great views was well deserved. After a wonderfull message and lunch we decided to enjoy the gorgeous fews. The pictures speak for themselves. If you are in the area I highly recommend to visit the property.

Phenomenal stay. Have stayed at multiple Adler hotels and this one is special. It’s a bit like Thermae, but then you have the added joy of the sea. Just magical. The buffet night was amazing- the swordfish a highlight. I didn’t find the walk to the beach too taxing. Maybe if you have mobility issues but for people without those it’s a short walk and not difficult at all. There’s also a buggy if you need it. There isn’t an inclusive afternoon snack at this Adler, which was sad because I love the snack in some of their other hotels, but overall what a hotel and what a stay. Thank you.

We cannot stop obsessing about this new Adler. From architecture to staff everything is thought out and serving guests to have ultimate rest. Everything is spread out and you can enjoy rest everywhere. The Aufguss at the Panorma Sauna is a must as well as a sunset in the Thalasso. The food is very good and incorporates the sicilian kitchen and products it offers. The hike with Adriano and Norina from the outdoor team was one of a kind, they are so nice and really made sure we had fun. Receptionist Giulia made our onboarding and check out so warm and the restaurant and bar staff and the pool staff were outstanding. Grazie per Tutti

Amazing escape. Some of the best service we’ve ever had, great food and drink selection and very sympathetic design to a very naturally beautiful location right by the Torre Salsa nature reserve. Can’t recommend highly enough.
