We very recently purchased 2 bikes from them and they have been helpful all along. I had an issue with the seat on the first week and they replaced it without any issue. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It is a great place to get your bike in Florence

I bought my first folding bike here which was in exceptional quality compared to those sold by Decathlon in Milan. It was perfect for riding effortlessly and smoothly on an uneven pavement in Florence. They try their best to make things work somehow at your request. The check up was free. Great value for students.

Possibly the best frame+singlespeed/fixed bike builder in Firenze. Bought my bike from here nearly 3 years ago and I've slowly learnt to ride fixed gear with it to the point where I'm really starting to appreciate the love and craftsmanship Sergio puts into his frames.

I remember him being very eager to help me get the perfect frame and upgrade it to my personal specs the very day I bought it. Installation was super fast and the prices were fairly reasonable.

I'd give a higher rating if I could. As a fixed gear fanatic, there's none in Firenze better than Sergio 💪

So many wonderful things to say about this shop, the team, and their bicci! Staying in Firenze for 5 weeks, before travel I researched and found this shop and their adorable bicycles! I decided I wanted to buy one and return home to the US with it as a souvenir.

When the end of my stay came, the team was so helpful in every way: at my request they worked with a shipping agent, professionally packaged the bike in a shipping box, even prenotare a huge taxi to move the bike in a box... And with smiles and laughs every time!
I ended up taking the bicycle in the hold of my airplane as it was the most cost-effective option, and I am extremely grateful to the team at Cicli Sergio Bianchi for making this happen!

I have visited Cicli Sergio Bianchi bike store and I was amazed on how professional and courteous Lorenzo ( Lory) son of the famous Sergio Bianchi. I am here in Florence for awhile and decided to rent a bike from them. They have a great selection and cater to my needs. Long term rentals for who is studying in Florence. I highly suggest you to go visit the store they also sell t.shirts and bike items that you can easily pack in a luggage.

Abundance of options, great prices and the quality of bicycles are very good. I bought a foldable bicycle from here, and I use it proudly everyday. The guys also speak English perfectly. Highly recommended.
