Artemisia Resort, Hotel Ragusa

A hidden diamond in Ragusa!!!
I have been to many boutique hotels in the world. This is almost the best one. Furthermore very reasonable prices.

If you're tired of hustle and bustle in the urban area, very good place to give peace to your body and mind.

Rooms are excellent in size and employees are so nice. They have free parking and breakfast(typical). They have no restaurant on site but do have restaurant that delivers and they will set it all up for you!!! We enjoyed very much . Would love to stay longer and in season where we could use amenities

Nice rural find outside of the bustle of Ragusa. Rooms have plenty of space the breakfast starts at 7:30 and has the biggest variety we’ve seen on our trip. Wonderful staff.

Artemisia Resort is the perfect place to come back at. We have been here before 2 and a half years ago with our friend Melania. We’ve all enjoyed our stay there so much, that we had to go back. The property is located very close to Ragusa, one of my fave cities there. What I love the most about this place is the fresh air and the calm atmosphere, that you get to enjoy in the morning and evening. During the day we were almost every time out exploring the cities near by, that are all amazing and really easy to get to because they have highways almost everywhere.
My favourite part was in the morning, when we would go to breakfast and find so many sweet things, almost all specific to Sicily and all so delicious. The room was as always super nice and clean, also the bathroom and the staff more than nice and pleasant, completing the calming atmosphere that is surrounding this Italian oasis.
Cannot wait to be back again to this amazing place!

Nice place. Country setting combined with artistic touches all over the place. Much attention to detail.

During COVID19, the place was quiet. We were there during the 4th of July weekend when things started to open around the country. I saw the staff keeping on top of sanitizing and cleaning which gave me a sense of relief.

The temperature was warm/hot and the pool was the only thing we really came for. The pool had tables and chairs assigned to your room. Ample spacing between chairs to ensure social distancing

The breakfast was made to order due to safety concerns. I guess normally there would be the self-serve buffet but ordering from the displayed menu everything was hot, fresh and prepared to your liking.

The room was super nice. Again the attention to detail of the modern design combined with the country theme really works. The shower stall was incredible. I'm going to redesign my bath to use their design when I get back home. Very beautiful!

Lastly the staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful. We didn't have a problem with communication. We came to this place because of a recommendation from a friend. I recommend this the Artemisia because of the friendly and helpful staff.

I was on vacation. Sorry I didn't bother to take my phone everywhere so no pictures. The fruit pictured below must have came from the property. I saw someone picking fruit from the trees.

A true gem just outside of Ragusa.

I couldn’t have been better received. The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They did everything they could to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

The resort has big rooms that are clean and comfortable. A pool in case you need to escape the heat.

Breakfast was a great experience of KM0 produce that should cater for all tastes.

I would highly recommend this place if you want to visit The Ragusa area and not be trapped in the hustle and bustle of town.

A beautiful, relaxng and very well kept countryside resort. Our rooms were perfect, very spacious and indeed very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and with a wide selection, served in the beautiful dining area over looking the terrace and surrounding.
The staff were fantastic, and our special thanks goes to Federico for his excellent customer service, and also to Vincenzo for his service.
This was our first time here but definitely not the last. Would recommend Artemisia to anyone having a holiday in Ragusa. Keep it up.

What a gem! Beautiful surroundings, lovely helpful staff and comfortable bed. Breakfast all locally produced with amazing fruit, cakes and cheeses. Would recommend if you want a quiet place near Ragusa and sandy beaches in South East Sicily.

This place was so peaceful. The room was great as we're all members of staff, particularly Frederico, Francesca & Valentina - the breakfast was lovely with variety to suite all tastes. A thoroughly lovely stay & a place we would all recommend highly

Definately a peaceful place where you can relax and unwind. Rooms are big, clean and the mattress - the most comfortable one we ever had when away from home. Mouthwatering breakfast and high tea. The hosts make you very welcome and makes your stay a remarkable one. Thanks.

Second visit. I didn't know this was an all seasons resort.

Bfast included but they now offer lunch. This was during COVID19 so you need to let the desk know ahead of time.

I highly recommend the place if you just need to stay at a quiet cozy location.

Quiet relaxing place to spend a couple days. Rooms are clean, showers are hot, breakfast selection is great, and the grounds are well kept. 20 min drive to the old City center in Ragusa. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place with super friendly staff who can't do enough for you. It's very quaint and a lot of effort has gone into making it comfortable and relaxing. The pool and pool area is very relaxing. Breakfast is a continental type sicilian breakfast with a good selection of bread, cheese, meats, cereal etc and even eggs and bacon for us britsit's. It's in a good location to do southern sicily from; Ragusa is a 10 - 15 minute drive away, Siracuse is 1 hr 30, roman villa about an hour and half and valley of the temples about 2 hours but all easy routes with the sat nav. The bar is 24 hours too, so quite handy when you get back at night.

The only small downside is there is no restraunt but the do paninis and that type of stuff and can order from a close by restraunt for you who will deliver and they set a table up etc for you.
Alternatively there is a bbq area and they will light it and set a table up for you, then the super market is only a 5 minute drive and has all the usual stuff there so you can cook your own dinner / lunch.

It's very easy to get too from catania airport too, only 5 minutes away from the main road, and very well sign posted once you turn off.

100% recommend it.

A most welcoming place to spend a few days of peace and quiet. The staff are charming and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I would go back any time.

Great place, staff was really nice and the receptionist recommended the best restaurants and helped us with bookings as well. Bonus points for the fluffy cats that come asking for cuddles all the time!

Clean hotel and really helpful stuff. Had a delay in my departure but didn t know when we were leaving and really helped us out. The pool area is lovely and relaxing.

Don't be put off by lack of restaurant - excellent arrangement with local ristorante/pizzeria where food is tasty and cheap and they will deliver if you are too blissed out to move!

Very nice Hotel with perfect garden and swimming pool. People are very polite and friendly. Would return if we come back to sicilie!
