Very nice hotel with simple but clean rooms. Ours had an air condition as well as a balcony. We had a problem with our booking and the hotel staff was very nice and happy to help. The hotel is located on the main street of a very authentic small Italian village.

Wonderful authentic Italian family run hotel. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. I ate in the restaurant and it was very good with lovely touches such as the soup served to the table separately to the bowl.

If you are looking for authentic Ligurian cuisine, cooked with care and served by lovely staff this is a hidden gem. The menu has items you won’t find often and the pasta (croxetti) are hand made.

A tour around this small old town is a great way to build an appetite or digest lunch.

We stayed there for lunch time. Perfect and original ligurian food in a nice little village called Varese Ligure. Good choice of vines and obtentive hosts. Perfect for a detour and to visit the beautiful landscape of Liguria.

Good prices, very nice room and incredibly friendly staff. Village is beautiful.

Excellent accomodation so comfortable, great food and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Ottimo ristorante a Varese Ligure.
Perfetto a pranzo, era estate ed ho mangiato in una veranda all'esterno molto comoda e bella.
C'erano parecchie persone e molto turisti, ma l'ambiente era tranquillo e calmo. Consiglio molto il piatto tipico dei croxetti, se si passa per Varese vanno assolutamente provati!

Situé dans le magnifique village médiéval de Varese Liguri, L'Hôtel est authentique et agréable accueil très sympathique, des chambres simples et petit déjeuner convenable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Parking intérieur.Restaurant typique avec quelques spécialités telle que les croxetti, les champignons panés. Tout y est bon et bien servi 👍.Un véritable plaisir.

Di passaggio per andare sulla riviera ligure ci siamo fermati a pranzo al ristorante e siamo stati molto soddisfatti . Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Una particolare menzione ai formaggi con mostarda e all' eccellente semifreddo all' amaretto.

Me ne parlava tanto mio papà. Per lavoro era spesso in zona e lo citava come esempio per mangiare benissimo e sano. Anni dopo si conferma un ottimo ristorante, un ambiente accogliente che racconta la sua storia, personale gentile e non invadente, cucina da 10 e lode e pulizia al top. Una lode alla mise en place: elegante senza strafare. Impossibile non tornarci!

Storico albergo gestito da oltre 150 anni dalla stessa famiglia..! Assaggiate i croxetti in salsa di pinoli..!

Der Service war gut. Das Essen ebenso.
Der Speisesaal ist wie man ihn von ganz früher kennt mit hohe Decken und eher etwas antiquiert, aber gepflegt.

Siamo stati in 4 nel giorno più affollato, 11 novembre, ed abbiamo mangiato e bevuto divinamente in questo luogo d'altri tempi. Risotto ai funghi e cinghiale in salmi`, annaffiati con bonarda !
Ci torniamo sicuramente ...
