Wow, this place is wonderful in every aspect. First of all, Patrik is a great host! He knows many things about the surrounding area, the history and the building itself. He has renovated the old house beautifully with all the old details remaining. You can see and feel his passion and the work he puts in.

Patrik makes most of the ingredients for the breakfast himself (incl the honey!) together with his wife, Francesca, making it a completely organic breakfast. Also the focaccia’s and the pies are outstanding. We have never tasted an Italian breakfast like this before.

The location is perfect for day trips to the coast (we have been to sestri levante, some 30-40min by car, and cinque terre, park in Levanto and be early!). However, you can also hang out around the house and enjoy the scenery or go to the small town San Pietro and river Vara, which offers good refreshment during hot days.

Wow where do I begin... Friendliest host I have ever met, Patric gave the best advice on how to get the most out of surrounding attractions such as Cinque Terre and Sestre Levant. The breakfasts consisted of freshly baked organic cakes and focaccia every day, I felt so spoiled! Also, a 5-10 minute walk takes you to a small river where you can swim, and a great little pizzeria restaurant for lunch/dinner.

At night you can literally see the stars twinkle because of the quiet and serene location, I slept very well due to the peacefulness.

My favorite part about Trasea is the house itself - the century old house is decorated with so much original art, it has high ceilings and marble/wood floors... I will be returning again for my next holiday as the location is close to so many attractions without having to deal with the usual flood of tourists. Hidden gem, I highly recommend!

Passione, simpatia e gentilezza... Sono proprio Patric e Francesca che rendono unico lo splendido casale di inizio '900 immerso nel verde. Una meraviglia per occhi e spirito. Colazione deliziosa preparata con prodotti biologici, locali e con grandissima attenzione per la qualità, a partire da latte e caffè fino alle torte e le focacce. Non è solo trovare un posto dove dormire è uno spaccato di sana e operosa vita Ligure.

Bellissimo posto dove stare in assoluta tranquillità, la mattina c'è una ottima sveglia con il canto del gallo, una colazione buonissima con le torte fatte da loro e una FOCACCIA super ottima. I proprietari sono bravissimi e ti sanno consigliare su tutto quello che volete sapere su tutta la zona, dove andare a mangiare ottimo cibo locale mangiando bene, abbondante e senza spendere molto.
