A really good gym: plenty of space, long hours, near always open, all the equipment you would want ranging from the general to the specific, various ways to exercise the same muscle sets, enough and diverse aerobic equipment to satisfy everyone even on busy days, large changing rooms, and everything well maintained. Nice clientele, friendly staff. Useful location.
