Palazzo dei Priori

Beautifull palace which is part of a complex with Collegio del Cambio and it makes it one of the biggest italian buildings. Inside is now a national gallery.
Nice stone carved entrance and beautiful stairs on the other side of building.

It was built in 1293-97, but various modifications and changes were made until 1500. It is located in the center of the city , what was once, as today, the fulcrum of the political and social life of the community. Its construction was decided to give an appropriate seat to the judiciary body, but above all because Perugia was experiencing its period of maximum expansion and the need was perceived to flaunt its state of well-being, trying to represent the great municipal ambitions.

Palazzo dei Priori ospita le Gallerie dell'Umbria, museo veramente interessante con opere del Perugino, Beato Angelico , Taddeo Gaddi etc. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati.Non si possono introdurre borse nelle sale, bisogna lasciarle in appositi armadiett.

Le Palazzo dei Priori est un bâtiment historique, de style gothique, situé dans le centre de Pérouse, il était le siège du gouvernement de la ville.
Il date du 13ème siècle.

L'entrée de la sale des Priori est gratuite.

Cette salle a un beau plafond en bois avec des fresques qui représentent les fables, les légendes et récits.

La guida Alessia, preparatissima e molto empatica ci ha fatto entusiasmare con le sue spiegazioni delle opere presenti nella mostra.

Il palazzo dei propri si trova in piazza IV novembre nel centro di Perugia, l’entrata è gratuita e l’orario di apertura è 9-13 15-19 con chiusura tra le 13 e le 15.

Palazzo costruito tra il XIII e il XV secolo.

Al terzo piano si trova la Galleria Nazionale dell' Umbria. Qui ammiriamo una ricca collezione di opere d' arte.

Nel palazzo si trovano anche due sale che venivano usate da due corporazioni medievali.

Una parte del palazzo e' usata come municipio.

Edificato tra il 1293 e il 1443 con continue aggiunte e inglobamenti di palazzi.
La parte più antica è quella che ospita la sala dei notari.
Le altre sale da visitare sono: la sala della vaccara, la sala del consiglio, la sala del collegio di cambio e la cappella dei priori.
La facciata del palazzo di bell impatto ha un portale gotico con le riproduzioni di un grifo simbolo della città e un leone simbolo guelfo.
