I recently rented a car from Drivalia and had an exceptional experience. Despite arriving two hours early, they promptly checked if a car was available for me.

To my surprise, I was offered a brand new Seat Superb, an upgrade from the small car I had reserved fiat 500, without any additional charges.

The pickup process was swift, requiring only a credit card (note: using a credit card is important to avoid extra charges).

Similarly, the car return process was efficient, with a quick inspection before returning the keys.

Don't be discouraged by negative reviews; simply ensure you have a credit card with the credit option.

Rented a car for 3 weeks. Mrs Chiara was really efficient providing all necessary info for a smooth and more easier car return. She gave me possibility to chose a car within 3 options. Very satisfied.

The car was clean, spacious and in very good condition, equipped with winter tires, suitable for a trip in the mountains. Will definitely use Drivalia in the future again.

Probably the best company on this terminal. Quick service, no queues like the big companies. Very easy pick up and drop off. I was upgraded for free because arried 2 hours earlier and my car was not ready. The car was new, 17 000 km only. My deposit of 800€ was released just 1 day after the drop off. It is not the cheapest company on the market, but it saves a lot of headaches compared to the scams there that rip you off with insurance and damages...

Alessia was so very kind and helpful that she offered her own phone cable so we could use apple car play as we didn’t have the right cable.

So far the best experience I’ve had with a rental from Malpensa. Niccoló was especially helpful on returning the car. Excellent rate and very convienent to not have to take a shuttle as the rental is right at the airport.

Daniel at the drop off was fantastic as well as Alessandra in the drop off office. Both were very helpful and professional.
The lady who prepared my contract was good. It was my first time with drivalia. The service provided by those people will bring me back to rent from Drivalia points when available.

Honestly, One of the best company in Milan for rent a car , they are cheaper than the competitors and the most of that , they treat you well.

Most of the bad comments about the credit card and Deposit amount. Seriously no body read the policy if you go through that policy you will understand the procedures. I booked from them a Maserati Levantine for 5 days with Full protection. And they booked a two credit card under my name which is already mentioned in the policy. When I returned the car the procedure was easier and you should return in the same place you picked up and the money was returned in my credit card after less than 4 days of returning the car.
I hope that’s helpful for you Guys again just an advice from me just read the policy and you will be Okay.

First time with DRIVALIA and the experience was amazing, almost unreal. Service, location, car, price, efficiency you have them all. Low cost price for a luxury service.

Wow. One of the best experiences I ever had with a car rental company. Free upgrade to an brand new car with a lot nice features. Instant unblocked the deposit when I returned the car and almost no waiting time. Nice staff. Only the parking lot is a bit small for inexperienced drivers maybe. But that’s a problem off the airport.

Everything thing went smoothly since the check in process until the pick-up and drop-off of the car, with emphasis to the service given to us by Niccolo.

Everything went smotly. Got upgraded to a almost new car. Checkin in, pickin up the car and the return no problems at all. Got a copy of the return check and the deposit was returned the next day. I am very very pleased.

We were extremely satisfied with Win Rent.
No queue, the car we had selected (basically brand new), provided full and clean, ready at the time we had booked it for. Return was just as easy, a person from the office came to inspect the car and transferred the deposit back to the card within just a few days.
We will definitely return again on our next visit!
